Whenever I fly back to Shanghai I always choose to stay at this location.

Out of all 5 stars hotel, this place provides beyond exceptional, detailed service with consistency, a shopping mall located right next to them that you don’t need to take a cab & you can shop for international brands of clothing stores, restaurants/dessert/coffee shops or even vlogging camera stores with several famous brand to choose from.

This place always provides a memorable experience with top-notch service.
Especially the lobby concierge. Besides carrying your luggage and delivering it to your room after you check in at the front desk on the 6th floor, they also help pick up all your Taobao deliveries and bring them to your room daily. If you need assistance with any shipping issues or shipping apps, they are always helpful.(Robin)
Especially Robin and Kevin, were amazing….provided attentive service. Of course, the rest of the concierge and front desk staff were exceptional.

每次回国都会带孩子住不一样的酒店，凯悦是我认为比较乾净整洁舒适的酒店，而且私密性安全性比较好，游泳的水温正好，我以为会冻着，街景也很不错～前台Esther服务真的很好，在离店前一天为我们申请了早餐券～ 以后来上海还会住这里

预订的圣诞夜房间，Kevin和Claire很贴心的给更换了房型，后面需要升级房型也是沟通顺畅，非常能站在客户的角度提出建议并快速解决问题，服务非常到位，满意满意

太差了，一进门就非常非常热，把空调关了还是很热，开冷空调也是制热。到晚上打电话给前台，説我电话前工程部已经调试过了，现在制冷制热都可以，让我再试试，也就是不是我一个房间的问题。当时房间温度已经28度，我的固体卸粧膏全部都化成了油。重新开制冷开到16度，睡着了还是被无数次热醒。不敢相信这是五星级酒店的服务和设施
