I was quite disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the check-in process was frustrating. The receptionist was noticeably rude and unwelcoming. Despite beginning my check-in, she abruptly stopped and chose to serve another customer without any explanation, asking me to wait. This lack of courtesy and professionalism left a poor first impression.
I hope the hotel management takes steps to improve their front desk service.

房间脏脏的有毛发，枕套有破洞，晚上7点入住给我走廊尽头拐弯的房间，晚上房间里有奇怪的动静。建议认真搞卫生，床品用具该换就换，顺便请个道士来看看吧，有的钱咱省不得。

距离地铁口步行3分钟左右，周边吃的挺多。挺干净安静的，前台的小姐姐服务态度很好，因为我的飞机延迟了晚退房也没多收费用，下次过来还住这里。

卫生一般，卫生间地漏堵水。到了房间房门半开，一次性拖鞋也没有准备。隔音效果超级差，半夜隔壁房间说啥都听的清清楚楚。房间就是用木板隔开的，消防能力很弱早晨起床退房前台找不到服务员，赶时间冒着被其他住客骂的风险一路喊服务员，才有一个睡眼惺惺的服务员出来。
