酒店位置特别好，离地铁比较近，离景点坐地铁两站就到了，酒店设施也特别新，细节设计到位，早餐特别丰富，完全超出预期！

酒店地理位置极佳，交通四通八达，出行毫无压力。最让人惊喜的是它紧邻苏州河，清晨拉开窗帘，河面波光粼粼，晚风轻拂，沿河漫步，风光无限，彷佛城市喧嚣都被河水的温柔滤去。还要给酒店前台Rainy的服务点个大大的赞，热情专业，快速帮我们办理了入住。

品牌酒店有保障，位置好，环境好，新（没味道），乾净，舒服，河景漂亮（尤其晚上，但忘了拍照），早餐中西式选择也多。而且房价优惠。前台职员Rainy更是优秀，态度棒棒的。下次来上海还会订他们家。

Location was okay for its price. It’s in between Longde Road and Caoyang Road metro stations. In the mornings, there are free shuttles to the Longde station.
Breakfast is good for its inclusion in room rate. Good variety: bread and pastries, porridge, salad bar, yogurt, cereal, egg station, noodle, rice and accompaniment side dishes. Good selection of hot drinks and juices too.
Cleanliness is a hit and miss. Sometimes there is still hair on the floor. Also there are 4 people in our room, sometimes the towel given is not enough so I had to call for more.
Overall okay for its price. Reception staff are helpful although English is a barrier. They spoke through translators. Does its job but could be better for an international chain.

Awesome service. The staffs Ruby, Ivy and Anna were very friendly and helpful. Helped us to book taxi and also order halal food. Will definitely come again.

Great breakfast with variety of options. Friendly front desk staffs. Metro shuttle bus service available. Easy to go to Disney in metro with one line. Anna was very helpful.

Had a great time staying in this hotel although the distance to the nearest metro station is quite a walk. The room is clean and comfortable. We had an early flight in the morning around 4AM and they gladly packed our breakfast for us to takeaway. The receptionist, Ms. Sunny, has also been a great help throughout our stay. The overall hospitality is great??
