  view很不错 地段也是数一数二的好 设施略显陈旧但是毕竟年数放在那里 服务很好 前台对于客户要求都能及时回应 门口的礼宾穿戴整齐有礼貌 上下客都帮助我们拿行李 下次回上海还会选择雅诗阁

  这家雅诗阁公寓刚开业来过，印象很好。比北京的地段更好，出门就是淮海中路和新天地。十几年过去了，带着夫人孩子再来体验。网上评分不高，我也犹犹豫豫的，但觉得自己该来。实际上还是海外华人和外国人对此公寓住宿方式更喜欢吧。中国再过二三十年也会有这种消费习惯和理念的。前台给升级到套房我满意，但只给单早我不满意，所幸携程尊重我了。早餐比较简单，涉外公寓么，理解

  My family loved the location. some parts of the facility is a bit dated maybe a little bit of renovation plan is on the way. i can see the place to be a top tier place with upgrades in the future. we had our taobao deliveries straight to our rooms and some we had collected on the 7th floor guess facilities. All the staff was extremely helpful. no hesitation there. breakfast was great, we had our fill. Generally it was clean, bed was clean, counters was spotless. i had to put 4 star there since everything looks a bit dated especially the ceilings, it looks a bit musty

  Just right beside Xintiandi Mall and Xintiandi itself, it was very convenient and comfortable to go around the neighborhood with kids especially winter. Staff were accommodating and friendly。 They cleaned upon request and refill waters. Our overall stay here was amazing. Would recommend to friends and family when visiting Shanghai!

  带家人来上海旅游，选了新天地的ASCOTT ，地理位置绝佳，周边商圈配套设施齐全，酒店服务也很好，感谢Zoey的帮忙，很不错的一次旅行

  房间里床上还有长头发，衞生间都是老式的浴缸很不方便，酒店里连个充电器都没有，早饭吃的也不行茶水没有了都跟不上服务的。

  非常不错！虽然设施旧了点，但衞生和维保都做的很好。隔音效果好。打扫衞生阿姨和后勤部非常友好，有求必应！
