This hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed at in Shanghai. The spa facilities are absolutely amazing in particular, with a properly heated sauna, Turkish bath, ice-cold plunge pool as well as a hot jacuzzi pool.
Additionally, there is an entire heated swimming pool with a wonderful view of the financial district. Water bottles are dispensed everywhere throughout.
The second floor has multiple Michelin-starred restaurants that all have a varied and refined offering of food.
All of the staff was helpful and friendly, and for my next stay I will definitely stay at The Sunrise again.

Overall, the hotel was good, but the receptionist's attitude was a bit off-putting. ?? Not the warmest welcome, but the rest of the stay was decent. Room was clean, amenities were fine. Maybe just a bad day for them? ??♀?"

非常满意的一次体验，装修复古，很显档次，北外滩性价比最高的酒店，离北外滩很近，走几步就到了，下次还会入住。

酒店地理位置挺方便的，地铁口附近，步行大概 15 分钟左右可以到北外滩，入住了前台小郭安排的副楼新房间，床品舒适，总体好评！

酒店位置闹中取静，离北外滩步行距离就能到达。无论大堂和房间每个角落都设计的古典雅致，且圣诞装饰的色彩搭配和整个酒店的色彩搭配绝了。前台和餐厅服务员都超级耐心，交流有温度和，不是机械式的回答，让人感觉有家的温暖。性价很高的一家酒店，喜欢。

Very Clean and spacious room with bathtub and TV. 5mins walk to 2 shopping mall SMP and Raffles City. Also 7mins walk to river side. Gym room and swimming pool also well maintained. Very good for business travellers.

The hotel is extremely beautiful and very large. The rooms are impressively spacious. The room we stayed in felt almost like an apartment: at the entrance there was a reception area, followed by a living space with a desk. The bathroom was large, with a walk-in closet, and then there was another room which was the bedroom itself, featuring a sofa, tables, a super king bed, and floor-to-ceiling windows.
The view is simply incredible. At night, you can see the lights of Shanghai illuminating the city, creating a stunning scene. The view from the windows is truly beautiful.
In addition, the hotel is very well located, with several shopping malls and shopping centers nearby, all within walking distance, in a prime area of the city. It was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend it.

房间还凑合 但是服务 很差 大晚上 把行李都给我请出去了 明明是续住的 让我深夜再去找酒店 前台没有留我电话 我记得明明留了 讯息时代 给我打个确认一下也行啊
