普通的大床房a确实太小了！虽然入住前前台提醒过特别小，但没想到这么小！而且酒店没有餐厅需要自己出去吃饭。没有自己的停车场。这个房间也没有窗户房间，小到两个人站嫌挤，小到行李箱无法打开，小到脱下来的衣服没地方放，小到坐在马桶上关不起门（一上厕所满屋子味…）淋浴房的水还往外渗。房间很闷！ 房间还没有洗漱用品。也没有冰箱。很夸张的是， 一层分成两层用，和loft的二楼相近。需要自己爬楼梯上去。隔音不好，外面有嘈杂的声音影响休息。住着非常压抑。房间也没有桌子和椅子。 大堂装修精致，屋内很旧。浴室还渗水，墙面潮湿。 前台工作人员服务很好，这是最满意的地方。酒店地理位置很好，离地铁站只要100米，出行方便，附近餐饮小吃很多。其他房间不清楚，但这个房间千万不要订！！！

位置很不错，酒店就在市中心区域，外滩、城隍庙、南京路步行都能到，离地铁站也很近，出行很方便，周边也不用担心吃饭问题，小吃店很多，服务也很好，有啥问题和要求都能及时解决，很专业，酒店还有洗衣房和烘乾机且前台提供洗衣服务很方便，楼上有咖啡机和健身房设施比较齐全，周边环境也不错，房间打扫的乾乾净净，有香薰味道很好闻，退房了还能免费寄存行李，一切都很方便。

环境虽然一般，前台服务员很好，性价比高，地点近地铁站，好方便，酒店附近都有便利店及食店。下次再到上海，会再订购。

服务人员亲切、地点优越且热水稳定，软体服务表现出色。然而硬体与清洁有待加强：房内偶有重油烟味、天花板高度较压迫且无冰箱；最遗憾的是房务不确实，入住时竟看到前房客的拖鞋。若能改善硬体与卫生，这会是非常理想的住宿点。

酒店位置很好，旁边就是8号线地铁口，走去人民广场或者南京路也不算很远。老房子改的所以会在奇怪的地方有楼梯，p2一进房门就是楼梯，领箱子或者行李多的话挺不方便的。房间大小还行，也很乾净，但洗手池管道有股奇怪的味道。

The room is small. We can hear the water running next to the double bed. Noise of people walking above us and people talking loudly when passing our room

We initially booked a week stay here but upon checking in we found the room to be quite unfit for our stay for a couple reasons:
1. Room height was an issue. our room had a low ceiling on top of an overhead beam that cut our room so a portion was quite annoying to use and access. My husband is quite tall and could barely put his hands on his head to wash his hair in the shower without also shampooing the ceiling! The room made us feel very claustrophobic.
2. Musty smell. Despite opening windows the smell of the room was unpleasant and we noticed an overpowering smell of fragrance from the bathroom.
3. Hallway carpets were very worn down and there were some potential signs of mould issues which concerned us.
4. Air conditioning had a bad odor when turned on so we didn’t want to use it.
While the location is good, being only a 15 min walk to the bund the cons outweighed the location and we ultimately chose to move hotels after 2 nights.
