The location is very nice, about 5-7 minutes away from the metro station. In 15-20 minutes on feet there’s also a large pedestrian street, Nanjing Road. Around the hotel, there are many stores and cafes. A great Japanese restaurant is in the same building. My room was very pretty but not quite practical nor convenient, so I relayed my concerns to the staff. The bed is comfortable, nice to sleep in, but it often felt oddly short for me even though I’m only 180 cm (5’11). There’s also a large tv that only works with Chinese apps, not even Apple TV, so essentially it makes it useless for foreign travelers. Breakfasts are okay, with enough variety to find something edible even when you’re not a fan of spicy foods. Fresh fruits were very nice. I would also like to mention the cleaning ladies — they were always very kind and helpful.

Expect ervice in this hotel to be lower than other hotels in the area. Stated to provide mini bar, however other hotels provide better mini bar even without stating that they’ll be providing complimentary mini bar. Room does look good but that’s all. Lots of stuff in the room doesn’t work. Curtains doesn’t open, television isn’t connected to wifi.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Shanghai. The location is unbeatable for convenience and delicious food. The staff here is always nice, professional, and helpful. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, and there’s a daily special soup. Even though the prices here are relatively high, I always have a nice stay!

很好10分好，酒店位置邻近外滩，房间也乾净，唯一不满意的是房间有烟味，而且厕所也有点异味。服务人员也很有善。

设施：设施老旧，健身房跑步机是坏的，看到有健身房设施才选择这家店，结果还是坏的

酒店环境乾净整洁，从大堂到客房皆一尘不染，设施维护得当。前台人员态度亲切有礼，服务效率高且乐于协助。地理位置极为便利，紧邻地铁站与主要商圈，无论出行或购物皆十分便捷。整体住宿体验舒适安心，值得推荐。
