首先入去酒店check-in的时候，大堂?空气质素也不好，有一股臭味道，然后进去房间，已经感觉到空气很多尘埃?，?每一个位置的尘也不少，床有头发等等的，房间卫生难以适应，?环境超级肮脏，空气好差，不停打喷嚏，窗帘布也不敢碰，一碰尘飘飘，鼻子真的受不了，?单人床也不是真的床，?是一个东西放上一块垫?，就是1张?的肮脏的床?。这样子也可以收我1千3 一晚，??睡觉的时候也不敢动来动去，因为每动一下，床周围的尘不停飘出来。就算不是洁癖的人也受不了，??半夜起床的时候，整个房间都是马桶的味道飘出来，洗手间的污渠系统处理不太好，去厕所的时候，直程嗅到反胃了，半夜3点立即取消之后的预订，改其他酒店。?

Great location! Easy access to 外滩, Nanjing road.
Have washing machines and dryers but are always fully utilised by guests. Need to wait for machines, but can make use of their service whereby Hotel staff helps to clean and dry for you from 8am to 5pm.
Good choices of breakfast foods but only 1x coffee machine which they didn't fix the milk dispensing for cappuccino for a few days....
Rooms can be stuffy during winter if you do not prefer to open windows....

Hotel we booked quite few months back was so pricey. Should have stayed in Nanjing Road instead. Location not exactly convenient. At least 17 min walk to shopping district. The entrance wasn’t really visible or grand from the exterior. We got the worst room with the worst view. View from our window was construction roofing with people constructing noise from the wee hours of the morning. Other than the free beverages in the fridge, I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again, not for the price I paid. Even Holiday Inn had cheaper rooms and more grand and convenient.
