  Brand new hotel and very close to a big shopping centre. Room is clean and nice. However, it is on a small side. We enjoyed the stay.

  酒店房间很新，行政房空间也比较大，挺安静的；3层打扫阿姨很热情每次见到面都会打招呼，前台也很热心，有仔细看订单备注，住宿需求较好得到满足，酒店对面就有个商场、隔壁就有个超市，吃和日常用品购买没问题，离酒店较近的地铁口为8号线，在步行距离范围内

  Atour is my to-go hotel! The location is super convenient as it’s next to a big shopping mall with all the good food, easy to find location and are surrounded by various amenities. The hotel’s bedding is kinda famous and it’s really comfortable to sleep on. I slept so well for the whole week stay there. The service provided are top notch, then staff will help with the laundry (so I don’t have to stay late and queue for my turn), they will help you to put to wash and drying then put them to fresh laundry bag or basket. When I sat there to read (they have books to loan with reading lounge) , a lady staff came to pour me a cup of hot tea, their service is impressive. I’m gonna choose Atour for all my China trip.

  作为经常出差的人，这家酒店是我在上海的首选。设施设备专业齐全，适合商务办公和短暂休息；会议室配备高清投影，网络稳定不掉线。环境安静，隔音效果好，晚上睡得很踏实。服务方面，前台办理速度快，还帮忙延迟退房；餐厅早餐丰富，中西式都有。衞生做得非常细致，桌面、沙发缝隙都清理到位，让我出差更安心。

  this is my second time staying at atour hotel (my first stay was in xi ‘an) and i’m really happy that i stayed here! the amenities were great - they had a free laundry service and the gym was well equipped. there’s a library area on the first floor which was super conducive for studying. the breakfast spread was quite yummy too, and there’s a wide variety of chinese dishes. whenever i got food delivery, little robots would deliver the food up to my room, which i thought was really cute :) the staff were really friendly and sweet, and helped me out whenever i encountered any problems - wanna give a shoutout to staff xiangjian for going the extra mile! needless to say, i’m definitely staying at atour the next time i’m in china!
