Always a good stay at the hotel. The executive rooms come with their own washing machine. Perfect for a longer stay or a few days in through travel so you can wash. Good breakfast and nice restaurant for evenings all in the same building.

This hotel was very far away from the train station where my friend and I were traveling from, so the location wasn't so convenient for us, and there's not a lot around the hotel. However, the hotel staff were very nice, the hotel was lovely with a great coffee shop in the lobby, and there was a really nice restaurant in the hotel. The rooms were spacious, and clean. The service was excellent.

Firstly, I would like to 王利 for being the best hotel attendant. She would ask about my needs and arrange for house keeping everyday based on my request. She is very patient and understands my request easily. I felt like a vip in this hotel.
Hotel location wise is very near to Shopping Mall. The furnitures and facilities are also in very good condition. I done my research and can say for sure that this hotel is the best in PiZhou.
By the way, I am not local and can say for sure this hotel has met the International 5 star standard.

是一家老小出游，因为要入住三天，预定之前也是看了好几次，考虑周边出行，最终选择这家，总体来说服务都非常好，中间因为每天晚上回来进停车场出现一点小插曲。但是责任不在酒店，并且酒店非常积极的配合去解决问题。尤其感谢前台王莉小姐姐非常热心，在我们退房时候，知道我们回程要开车七八个小时，给我们准备了三明治和水果，真的非常感谢，以后回去还会继续入住👍👍👍

奔着酒店口碑过来的，邳州当地最好的一家星级酒店。酒店位置好，环境好， 性价比挺好哒，给我印象最深的是酒店工作人员刘翠太热情了，人美心善。 笑容很甜美， 很亲切。给我介绍周边环境， 银杏时光隧道，很美的风景，还有大型商场， 美食、真的很不错。 小姐姐工作认真， 很专业， 酒店的服务可以和北上广媲美。很感谢刘翠小姐姐， 祝她工作顺利，酒店生意兴隆。

在邳州铂翠就是我的首选，经常入住，和前台美女都很熟悉了，很热情，很温馨。就像回到了家里，特别是前厅崔经理，入住期间有任何需要，无论多晚，她都会帮忙处理，像朋友一样的关怀。铂翠真是超级赞，服务在邳州是一流

环境好，前台、客房和自助餐厅的工作人员服务很好。入住与离店手续办理迅速。商务标间的双床房空间大，设有多人沙发。赠送欢迎水果和小点，免费矿泉水提供充足，卫生间有浴缸，淋浴间花洒出水量足。自助早餐在22层，种类丰富，美味可口。前台结账时会给一张免费停车。离店时前台美女赠送给83岁的妈妈一个旅行颈枕，非常贴心！下次来还会住这里。
