酒店是在一个大楼里面，基本的设施都是有的，还有高铁接送服务，前台能领洛阳旅游手册。附近有宝龙和泉舜广场，吃饭选择很多，离高铁站、龙门石窟都比较近，到洛邑古城也不远，就是离地铁站有点距离。装修简约有特色，房间乾净宽敞，整体性价比高

整体上很满意。但值得指出的是，酒店并非独立物业而是在一个公寓楼中，需要与许多住客以及其他酒店的住客一起公用电梯等设施。公寓楼层多，电梯用户多，等候时间比较久。另一个缺点是，酒店大堂和餐厅过夜时会停开空调，而餐厅有较大的落地窗，现在是夏天，昼长夜短，在早餐开始供应的时候才开空调的时候，室内温度已经比较高了，而餐厅处空调制冷效果只能説是勉强够用。所以在酒店吃早饭的注意了，尽量速战速决，或者打包带回房吃，以免我今天早上那样中暑。説给朋友听还觉得很搞笑，谁会想到清晨就会中暑啊

I love Ibis, but this Ibis is the best because of the wonderful lady on the reception, her name is CICI. Thank you very much for your help ?? i felt home ??
Ibis hotel overall is good, that's we know))) location is amazing, not far away from Louyang Longmen railway station ?? and near a big Mall. It was noisy, but after 23:00-24:00 became silent.

整体体验非常好。
交通便利，虽然距离应天门丽景门十字街等有些距离，但是打车也不远也不贵，距离高铁龙门站还是蛮近的。酒店隔壁就是商场，吃饭购物很方便。租车自驾可以免费停车。
服务周到，尤其是前台的小姐姐们，都很温暖很体贴，会介绍什麽时候有免费咖啡、茶水等，冰柜里面的冰激凌也是可以免费吃哒，天气热的时候坐大堂休息一下，喝口茶，吃吃冰激凌，太舒服了。
酒店早餐也不错，基本要吃的都有了。房间不算小，还是蛮乾净的，充电插座也够用。

We are happy to stay here. Room is good with the reason price. Location is fine as we travel by taxi. It is easy to find food as it is in the shopping area. Staff are friendly and have the service mind. Breakfast is good. The hotel also provides the laundry machine for free.

It was a wonderful stay at the ibis hotel in LUOYANG. The warm and cordial hospitality by the ever smiling front desk manager Cicy is highly anticipated. The breakfast spread was healthy, fresh and above our expectations. Rooms are clean and bathroom is decent. We happily recommend ibis to future customers.

Before coming have added them in WECHAT which they have provided all the information needed. Excellent service from the reception especially the lady Ms 孙 she is awesome and have full knowledge about the Longmen grotto. She has explained every details like which bus to take which station to stop so that you don't walk the longer way. She even explained the sequence of walking so that you will not missed the important part. Very very patience lady.

Had a wonderful stay. The receptionists are very careful and helpful, always smiling and willing to help.
The location is good, has places to eat , have coffee and the mall is just 700m away.

The stuff couldn’t control the guests that were making noise by the lobby, we could hear their children playing & running around in the morning when we were still sleeping, there was some construction being done upstairs and it was just too loud…. Otherwise the location is okay, close to a couple of malls.
