距离兰州火车站挺近，步行也就五到十分钟的时间，方便去兰州火车站换乘乘车的客人。服务还是不错，酒店设施设备齐全，房间很安静，适合休息。乾净整洁，每天免费赠送两瓶水。在兰州火车站换乘，花几个小时时间到酒店来休息洗漱一下，还是不错，周边吃饭的地方也很多，住了一下感觉挺方便舒适。

房间打扫得很干净，床单被套挺舒爽，但是面积有点窄了周边有工程，尘有点大，只有/部破洗衣机，地毯太不干净，不如不要，工作人员服务一般。清洁员工服务相对客气。没有亮点可拍照的。

Stayed on an extra night as the bus we wanted to catch was only available in the morning. Love this hotel and will be back if I am in Lanzhou again :) thank you!

A little walk from the Lanzhou railway station. Room is spacious and clean.
Self service laundry at ground floor, but only 1 unit washer/drier combined. It’s better to have separate washer and drier in order to free up space for next users.

设施：齐全，整体可以，就是那个吹风机不尽人意，自动保护装置触过於频繁
衞生：打扫的很乾净，保洁阿姨很负责任
环境：周边环境也安静，附近就是火车站，地铁站，去哪都方便

The AC was super loud and not working well. There was something bad in the air that made me cough all night, so I barely slept. The air was also very dry, and there was no humidifier to help with that

Very convenient location right by the train station and close to lots of great food options. Staff were helpful and assisted in extending our stay. Laundry machine is available but you have to have your own detergent. Complimentary alcohol wipes, face wash, and other goodies were much appreciated.
