We checked at 4am in the morning as we caught the red eye flight and were able to check in easily. Short stay but the hotel was great as it was close to the Kunming train station - less than 5 minutes walk. There were also other eateries nearby for our breakfast before our train to Dali

Location is good. Walking distant train station. Within min Didi to some of the places of interest. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The water flow control dropped out and the water couldn’t be controlled. CB
The cistern at the toilet bowl also malfunctioned. Cannot flush. Needed to try many many times before it somehow started working again.

The bed was too firm, we had difficulty to sleep on the firm bed. Location was good. Breakfast was average.

Great location, 10mins taxi ride to Dragon Gate Arch and downtown shopping area. Walking distance to Kunming Railway Station. Rooms are big and clean. We were surprised to receive white fungus and goji berry desserts and fruits in the evening.

I recently stayed at this hotel for holiday in Kunming , and while the variety of restaurants, especially the Shanghai cuisine, was impressive, overall experience was marred by a major issue - the air conditioning in my room wasn't functioning properly.
To make matters worse, the temperature is centrally controlled ,so i had no way to adjust it. The room was unbearably hot, with the temperature reading 24.5 degrees Celsius. It was a disappointment, especially considering it was a special occasion. Hopefully, the hotel will address this issue to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests."

老牌酒店，机场大巴直达楼下，附近交通方便，毗邻火车站。因为是老酒店，干湿不分离，卫浴设施都是科勒的，档次还是在的。酒店有送水果和酸奶，早餐在顶楼旋转餐厅，品种一般，中规中矩。总体来说还可以

酒店的地理位置非常好，交通方便，门口就有直达机场的巴士，25元一个人，比打车便宜，进门就有服务生主动帮拿行李，前台办理入住和退房的效率很高，客房的床很舒适，房间里还配备了消毒柜，很贴心，卫生间的热水量很足，早餐可以到10点，餐厅在顶楼，环境很好，菜品丰富，好评！
