前台小哥十分给力，早上订房间马上就有，洗衣房阿姨很好，还帮忙摺叠了被子，衣服也洗的香香的，下次还要去，厨房阿姨也很好，早餐好好吃

这家酒店体验超棒！位置绝佳，出门就是地铁口，周边商场餐厅齐全。房间乾净整洁，床品柔软舒适，隔音很好睡得香。前台服务热情，办理入住退房都很快。早餐种类丰富，中西式搭配得宜。性价比超高，下次来还选这儿，推荐！

酒店位置不太行，在一个非常冷清的家俱城旁边，旁边还在装修。打车师傅进了进车场都蒙了，説看着也不像有酒店的位置。
房间衞生非常一般，地面上有许多明显的沙粒，瓜子，不太舒服。
服务员看着都是新招进来的，人手不足并且一点也不专业，在入住的时候一直在聊天，帮我送行李的员工遇到了她的朋友时，在顾客面前对着朋友吐槽酒店的各种累事。下楼拿外卖时一出电梯能提到听到前台服务员在大声聊天，服务感觉不太到位

I came to Kunmming to do some altitude training in a good environment. I choose this hotel as it was near lake Dian and many famous parks. The hotel is near a serious of interchanges and on the edge of the city. The hotel staff were very nice and welcoming. It's a shame the hotel reception is on the 1st floor and not on the 6th floor where there is many excellent facilities such as the lounge, gym, laundry room, Coffee machine and free cake and fruits and a nice area to relax outside. The Hotels reception area doesn't do the Hotel justice. The breakfast was great and in a nice bright area. My room was perfect and the bed was super comfortable. Leaving I got more free gifts from the beautiful, friendly ladies at the reception desk. Overall a hotel like this suits an energetic person like myself. A-Tour are nearly always reliable and helpful too. That's exactly what I look for when travelling around.

the bed was comfortable and clean. I had a godd sleep last night. The breakfast was also nice. But the view from our room was terrible. I only could see the concrete wall.

Really enjoyed my stay here, booked 1 nights initially, but ended up staying for 3 nights, nice clean room, with everything you need. Away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to get a DIDI.
