酒店服务：职员很友善！！餐厅食物都很好吃，款式都会转变????????????
房间：十分乾净，电视可以看netflix和youtube，超级赞；隔音虽然会听到小小谈话场，但可以接受；十分大和舒适
地理位置：方便！楼下有宵夜店，很好吃！对面和楼下都有便利店～

不适合开车来的 停车位只有三个 还收250元
我们到了都没了 不得不停附近的收费停车场
结果隔天退房居然要花房440元停车费 饭店都没补助
房间有....小小的蟑螂 如果不怕蟑螂的还是可以住的
离捷运很近 附近买的吃的都很方便

Room is clean and huge. Receptionist is polite. 24hrs free flow of coffee and ice cream. Great buffet breakfast.

The room wasn’t ready when we check in, we need to wait for around 20mins. But then the staff upgraded us to a triple room and allow us for an extension of 1 hour for check out. The room was clean, comfort and big, and the staff are so nice!! The only disadvantage was the breakfast ended too early for us ??.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, they did an upgrade for me for free as I've asked for a room with a window. Bed was very comfy and overall environment is relaxing. Breakfast is very tasty although not super varied, but much better than you'd expect for the pricepoint.

Big room, their breakfast so good. Recommended espesially for family. Near sanduo mrt,7-11 and Fe21 mall.

the room is clean there's no awful smell in the room (did not use my fragrance spray at all it's impressive), it's conveniently located near the mall n subway station, breakfast is simple but yummy, you can try the buffet spread in the mall i think it's value for money,

The settings & room service is very good.
Staff are very polite and friendly. I have some problems on phone connection to local with phone card, the staff at reception counter have great patience to offer help.
The breakfast buffet is delicious too.

Didn’t expect the room was pretty big! The toilet also spacious as well. However, there’s stain on the toilet seat, didn’t count it as a big deal, though. Would stay here again if i visit Kaohsiung!
