Coming here in mid-winter is not really recommended. The hotel is dark (they do not turn on all the lights in the common area), and with extremely minimal staffing. The room is quite big but the heater is not strong enough so it remains quite cold. The breakfast has a lot of vegetables but nothing tastes good. Cigarette smells line the hallway but the room is ok (I had to change rooms as the first one they gave me was right in front of the cigarette bin and when I told them, the guy at the front desk scolded me for not raising this earlier - i had checked in earlier in the day and ran out almost immediately to make it to the Jiuzhaigou park in time, so did not realize, but he reluctantly did give me a new room and I had to move everything myself). The rooms are very dated and not well cleaned with dusty corners, many water marks on the chrome fixtures and rust as well. On the plus side they did give a snack basket everyday.

房间干净卫生，服务到位，九寨沟这个价格已经很不错了，好停车，有免费水果牛奶，整体感觉还不错，周边配套也成熟，吃饭啥的不担心

酒店距离到九寨沟的大巴下车点国大停车场很近，距离九寨沟风景区也不远，有送到景区的车，服务态度非常好，入住牛奶和水果或者小面包，周围吃饭也很方便，酒店早餐也很丰富，九寨沟是一个不错的住宿选择。

酒店距离景区还算挺靠近的，而且外面都有很多超市，不论是吃喝买都方便。唯一不足的地方是早餐部分，不够丰富，而且早餐服务员也不怎么热情。

房间陈旧，黑暗；地板未拖擦，污垢随地可见；门锁反锁扣损坏无法反锁；空调噪音大，价格与酒店档次不匹配，与200元的农家乐无区别。唯一优点停车方便。

The hotel reception are really helpful even though they need to use translation app to assist us. They even upgraded us to a larger room with great mountain view. The room is clean and the breakfast is good, especially the veggies cause I need those a lot while I travel =)

We stay 2 nights here. This hotel provide shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou. Hotel is near jiuzhaigou (10mins walk). The end we book a car service, so we don’t have the experience in taking shuttle bus to jiuzhaigou from this hotel. The hotel a little bit old, the lights a little bit deem, cleanliness is ok. Nearby got shops and restaurants . Overall ok. Free daily apples and yogurts, breakfast ok.

老酒店，早餐ㄧ般般，卫生ㄧ般，设备就是老旧！打扫人员ㄧ直问要不要打扫，何时退房！7:30可以送到景区接驳，回来自己走路回酒店，附近餐饮很多！
