I recently stayed at the Atour Hotel in Jiangyin for the first time, having visited other Atour locations multiple times. This trip was mainly for a client meeting, and I spent 3 days and 2 nights here.
The hotel facilities are excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I’d like to highlight a few aspects of my stay: first, the warm reception and attentive service from the front desk staff made a great first impression; second, the room was spacious and well-lit, with soft bed linens and a cozy comforter that allowed me to rest well after a busy day; finally, the hotel is well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness was impressive.
One point to mention is that the toilet is prone to clogging, and I hope this can be improved as it was somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, since there is a renovation project nearby, I was initially worried about potential noise disturbances. To my surprise, the hotel remained wonderfully quiet, creating a pleasant atmosphere, and they thoughtfully provided earplugs for guests, which I appreciated.
Breakfast options were diverse, and I was delighted to find century eggs on the menu—such a pleasant surprise!
Overall, my stay was very satisfying. The convenient location is perfect for business travelers. I look forward to returning to Atour Hotel and hope to see improvements regarding the toilet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and hope to visit again soon!

衞生是真的很马虎，被子和枕头有很重的霉味，身上很痒，起疙瘩。
前台的服务人员的服务也差，催续订的电话一天要打好几次，説了在忙，空了就续订，过会儿又打电话来催，订房还天天涨价，还不含早餐。被前天忽悠办了个会员，什么作用也没有起到，房价还变高了。携程也是快***了，也是没有什么用了。接下来就是只能换平台，换酒店了。

Fantastic stay. Room was clean and very big. Location is right next to the G2 highway so a perfect place to rest after crossing the bridge. The parking was easy, safe and convenient. The staff were great, offering us sweet tea on arrival and helping to direct us to the room. This hotel is excellent value for money!

第一次住这样的亚朵 第一次刷牙发现牙膏是被人用过的 这衞生我不敢恭维 服务意识没有 已经説了要安静的房间 安排一个直接面对工地施工的 刚进门就是施工嘈杂声，又需要换房，服务员还不乐意 説没有该房型了 设施老旧不説 整体亚朵是这样的吗 我很无语

一进门有自制的咖啡饮料送上，前台服务很好，热情！我订的双床房，大，乾净，有独立的衣帽间，行李房，厕所洗浴分开房间的，互不影响！早餐丰富，中西式都要，很丰富。晚间还提供白粥到11.00！周边有印象滙小商场，商业街也有很多餐厅。日本的铁板烧比较多！火锅也多！很不错！

A very nice hotel the staff were very helpful and friendly…Their breakfast was also nice plus the check out time is very convenient if you are not in a hurry to leave early!
