The receptionist speaks English (one of major thing for foreigners). Overall it’s located close to promenade. In the evening there is small night market with loads of Chinese karaoke. And the time I arrived it was construction nearby. There are several cafe nearby. It’s in tall building (30 floors) and take part of it. Reception is on 3A floor. It took me time to understand. The room is huge. The sea view is side and okay (there is port). The room is new and super clean. All amenities for travelers are there (personally I like shampoo).
