这次入住的房间非常乾净，位置优越，入住体验佳，旅途中给了一个安心休息的家，太棒了，前台工作人员服务很周到，有遗留第一时间联系客人，联系失败会帮忙很好的存放起来，房间增值服务也很多，不错的一次入住体验！

必须夸夸这家酒店的服务！提了怕吵的需求，服务员马上给换了内街房，隔音效果拉满。衞生间做了乾湿分离，洗漱和沐浴互不影响，房间装修也很有质感，住得特别舒心！景点就在附近，去那里都方便，也有小酒馆晚上去喝点小酒听音乐也很不错

非常好的酒店，位置好，服务好特别热情，北方太冷了准备去一趟海边回来再长住，而且比较喜欢的是酒店的服务和设施，酒店服务人员会主动帮我收好叠好衣服，而且酒店有专门晾衣服的地方，这一点非常好，因为我的衣服不可以用烘乾机，谢谢啦

酒店地理位置极佳，邻近水东街夜市及西湖，夜宵、看风景都很方便。我们订的是街景房，在三楼，只是靠近窗边会听到下面夜市的广播声音，还好不会太影响睡眠，但预订江景房应会比较理想。员工服务一般般，只是你问我答，不太会主动提供些酒店内设施及附近旅游资讯等。至于房间设施及衞生还好，算整洁乾净，可以接受的程度。

Spacious room and well position at the side of the river. Lots of eateries, pubs and roadside joint just steps away from the hotel.

江景不错，离西湖近，房间也比较乾净，附近晚上很热闹。但设施略有陈旧感，隔音不太好，容易被吵醒

Location of the hotel is very good.
Room has issue with the air conditioning compartment. Two very irritating problems.
1. Whenever aircon is adjusted, it will follow by a very loud cranking sound inside air compartment.
2. Sudden change of temperature and air flow, the cranking sound happens again.
Point 2 is very random, not often but once awhile is well sufficient to give u a fright especially when u are asleep.
One more issue is loud banging sound happened in the night, seemed come from outside the room.
Above all, I don’t believe it’s spiritual related but these issues need to be fixed asap, causing no peaceful night of rest.
I was at level 2, room nearest to the entrance of the dining hall.
Fix it asap.
