国庆自驾游，一家五口订了两间房。酒店在新安江旁边，与江畔步道隔条马路。
订的江景房，儿子闺女超级喜欢趴在窗边的椅子上看江上的游船。
由于我带俩娃，大的4岁，小的1岁半，预订时申请了双床拼床。没想到酒店装修用的实木床，超级沉，但酒店依旧给拼了，超级赞。
早点品种在五星级酒店里麪算少的，但服务超级赞，我家小儿子喜欢喝酸梅汁，因为是自助早餐，不允许外带，我就尝试性的问了一下，结果服务员直接给宝宝水杯打满一杯。
房间内部设施有些旧了，建议老板适当换一换，尤其是吹风机，年头多了风力小不説，再用久很可能要漏电了。
酒店里屯溪老街不远不近，步行的话1.5㎞，20分钟。周边吃的也算方便。
总体评价中上，前台管家美珠和吴姐超赞，对孩子有耐心有爱心，以后来黄山还住这里

原本定的一天住宿、到了前台漂亮的美珠给我升级了房间、酒店特别有品味、很喜欢、果断决定再住一晚、园林设计很漂亮、每一个角落都充满惬意、还会再来的、谢谢美珠给我的隔壁咖啡票、好喝很喜欢

新安江畔的河景太美了，无论是白天还是晚上，坐在宾馆的房间里就能欣赏到。房间里的中式家俱和庭院中的徽派园林，更给你一种舒适的享受。酒店距离屯溪老街，屯溪河街，黎阳老街等非常近，觅食，闲逛都非常适宜。酒店服务很周到，预订后立即有管家和你联系，从接站到每一个细微之处都照顾得满满的。早餐有徽州的特色食品，很好吃。

Fantastic experience! Our room was a great size, bedding and linen was clean and comfortable! Bathtub was lovely to relax in. It was nice to take a walk around the gardens, dress up and take photos. The buffet breakfast was tasty with a great range of options for food and drink. Would stay again! ????

Such a beautiful hotel with great rooms. Our suite room was very big with good facilities and AC. It was also very clean.
The breakfast was decent, especially the lovely aunty who makes the noodles to order. It would be nice to get a better fresh fruit selection.
The location was OK, you're not as in the thick of it as if you were across the river. The nearest restaurants are about a 5 or 10 minute walk away, which is not so easy in 38 degree heat!
The fish pond is beautiful and I very much enjoyed feeding the fishes.

Very scenic and beautiful hotel, we never got to ask the staff the history of the hotel. It looks like it used to be a renovated old mansion, and the hotel is very picturesque with a pond.

Amazing hotel with a perfect view on the river.
Stayed there for 1 week and the staff was incredible.
Friendly and patience. Helped me with organising trips and providing services such as a disposable razor. Helping with the laundry.
They have an amazing courtyard aswell where you can hangout.

very well decorated and beyond my expectations. can see people wearing specially and bringing photographer to take great photo in the garden / lake.
