Good as always but there was some stain on the bedsheets, hopefully housekeeping can be more attentive. We got upgraded to a harbour view room and we managed to get a sunset view!
It's a good weekend getaway spot!

The room is quite spacious compared to other hotels in Hong Kong. The service is warm and welcoming. While the soundproofing isn’t perfect, it’s still acceptable. The view from the room is magnificent.

We did not expect a 4- or 5-star hotel to allow its internet system to remain down for an entire night. This caused a long queue at check-in, and it took us almost two hours to complete the process and be escorted to our room, as the staff were unable to issue our room access card.
In addition, we had booked and paid for a room for three guests. While the room did have two large beds, only two sets of amenities were provided.
View from room was good though

Excellent location with easy access to west Kowloon MTR, direct link to few malls and with lots of food choices and shopping. Rooms are huge, but facilities a bit dated, no auto curtains control and master switch for lights. One main negative for me was the hair dryer could not be used in the bathroom (no power point) but outside the bathroom, there were no mirror in the room.

The room is spacious, with beautiful city views and a prime location. There are many malls downstairs, and the property is directly connected to the MTR station, making it very convenient.
However, the wardrobe and bathroom need improvement; cleanliness could be better as there was some dust, and the bathroom felt a bit dated. Only an overhead shower was available, with no handheld option, and water often leaked out onto the bathroom floor, making it slippery and inconvenient. Overall, it was a good stay, but the bathroom and cleaning could be improved.

呢间如心酒店住了好多次，服务员好有礼貌，?房间好大，仲有浴缸??浸浴，酒店自助餐好好味??酒店楼下有好多商场??行，仲有好多野吃?，今次入住服务员??♂?升级左房间俾我住，仲有海景睇，今次住7903?室？下次再来

酒店大堂超豪華，服務一流，
我環境優美，交通方便，附近有多個大型商場，行街購物應有盡有，適合週末短暫式放鬆。

今次是第三次入住這酒店，因假期原因酒店入住人數非常多，只係check in就排隊用咗50分鐘，排隊人龍超過60人。前台的服務態度都ok，我要求高楼層，都可以比到我。

位置好，房間大，清潔乾淨，前台服務態度很好，清潔姐姐很好，幾乎每個星期入住，仍然價廉物美。還會繼續入住。
