  the deluxe suite was spacious. however, both of us got unknown insect bites in the room. even though no smoking signs were posted everywhere, cigarette smell seeped into the room from the corridors. the worst part was the hotel place ashtrays in the room and at lift lobbies even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. staff service was inconsistent - sometimes we were greeted; other times we were not. unfortunately, the staff were snobbish towards delivery riders which I felt was uncalled for. I witnessed a situation whereby the reception staff were unhelpful and borderline rude when a rider came to deliver food. it left a bad impression of the hotel staff. breakfast was good. overall, DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU DONT LIKE SMOKE SMELL AND DONT EXPECT HILTON SERVICE at this second-tier hotel.

  Wonder location. Friendly staff. Rooms were clean and very modern. Beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are very spacious. One thing to improve on is the breakfast. There weren't many western dishes we could eat. But overall the stay was just what we needed and will stay again in the future.

  酒店工作人员热情，地理位置便利，出门既达宽巷子，不到五分钟的路程，大召寺也不远，步行15分钟左右，呼市的美食特别好，牛羊肉嘎嘎的，推荐来品嚐

  服务贴心，体验很棒！ 位置方便，房间乾净舒适，床品很舒服。特别点赞前台服务，热情周到。早餐有当地特色的烧麦和羊杂碎，味道不错。整体性价比很高，下次来呼和浩特还会选择这里。
