This is my 4th ( or 5th) stay with Lotte Hanoi. ? The friendly staff not only at reception but ?dinning sections ?are very well-prepared to assist and meet my requests. ?
Special thanks to a young lady at reception/concierge section wearing a?Les Clefs d'Or ?brooch which I noticed. ?Regretfully I didn't ?recognize her name , she s very much attentive to my questions about a dedicated sight-seeing spot. ?I honestly enjoyed the conversation ?conducted then , though due to my tight scheduling I couldn't arrange that for my colleagues traveling with me . ?We shall look froward to our next stays.?

Our stay at Lotte Hotel Hanoi was exceptional from start to finish and easily deserves a 6 out of 5 rating.
We stayed in a King Deluxe room which was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a couples night away. The service throughout the hotel was truly next level — honestly 6-star service. Every staff member was professional, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed.
The breakfast was absolutely stunning with an incredible selection of both Western and Vietnamese food. Highlights included the fresh pho, freshly baked pastries, authentic Vietnamese coffee, a wide variety of juices, and delicious steamed dumplings. One of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve experienced.
Although we did not have enough time to properly enjoy all of the hotel facilities, we did visit the rooftop area which offered breathtaking views across Hanoi, especially at night.
The location was also extremely convenient, particularly having Lotte Mart nearby which made it perfect for buying last-minute gifts and items to take home.
The only downside was simply not having enough time to enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. We would absolutely stay again and next time plan a longer visit.

位置就在西湖附近，非常方便。楼下商场太全了，女装箱包还有一整层的高尔夫用品店，买了包。餐厅下午茶晚餐自助都是免费。

酒店位置附近有大型shopping Mall，购物10分方便，酒店房间尺寸适中，舒适感亦高，另外如果订了Club floor, 可以享用他们的简单的自助晚餐。
他们的早餐，种类很多，可选丰富。

地点还不错，旁边就是百货公司入口地下室有超商买东西都很方便.超商楼下有农特利炸鸡很好吃.健身房非常的不错
还有65楼乐天饭店的顶楼有一个sky longe非常漂亮..
晚上可以小酙
