Good but can be better, the gap between bed and side small bed cabinet is not clean, many dust inside, discovered this when i have something fall in it. Please improve the pillow. Other than this everything is good.

We booked a room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) but the hotel provided 2 pillows only. The issue had been sorted out next day after I complained.
I asked the hotel to keep my items while I were out of premises. It took over 25 minutes to receive my items. During that time I had bad experiments with the girl who was as receptionist and named Hang.

Memorable pampered stay
Luxurious, immaculately clean and very spacious
We were super comfortable and slept so well
Our room was more like a serviced apartment with a kitchenette, counter, lounge tv area and a separate bedroom which could be cordoned off
A long corridor with a separate bathroom with a Japanese WC complete with heated seat - bidet functions , shower room and walk in closet.
The spa quality soaps & shampoo was appreciated
My family enjoyed the fully fitted gym and spa
The roof top bar had an amazing view and pool seats

Hotel considers to be a five star hotel but lacks many basic amenities. Further we booked our room for 2 adults and 2 kids and they were bot able to provide extra blanket and pillow. We had to sleep 1st night with a robe and extra towels. They promised to provide for night two but didnt provide anything until I got angry at them. After that they still gave a blanket and still no pillow. These are basic amenities and services most 5 stars should never run out of specially if you are selling your room for 4 people.

Novotel Hanoi is truly outstanding. The room is spacious, the food is abundant and delicious, and the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful.
Unfortunately, the room lighting is not bright enough at night, so it’s not very comfortable for working, but it’s perfect for a vacation.

The hotel is beautiful, the lobby is stunning. Our room has amazing view, it is clean and stylish. A minor imperfection is there’s no self-laundry service for the staying guest.

这次入住体验非常愉快！饭店设施现代化且维持得极新，房间采光充足、清洁度无可挑剔。特别喜欢顶楼的露天泳池，在那里俯瞰河内市景非常放松。员工服务专业且热情，入住与退房手续都很迅速。早餐选择多样且精致，整体而言是商务或旅游的优质首选，绝对值得 9 分评价！

房间很大，也还算乾净；酒店里全是韩国旅行团，早餐也是韩国料理比较多（固定泡菜、寿司、韩式拉麪）。
对面有一个麦当劳一个星巴克，行政酒廊的happy hour也还可以。
但是越南人的服务很虚假，预订了五个晚上工作结束希望可以提前一天退房，提前三天问酒店前台説是第三方预订的只要第三方同意即可，反问xc，xc説酒店前台多次拒绝。酒廊、早餐的服务态度还可以，就是前台员工不行?
