钱江新城的核心区域。东方润园正对面。江边步行道直达。离万象城，来福士，杭州大剧院以及洲际等都在一公里范围内。在房间就可看见无敌钱江新城全景滨江对岸风景以及壮观的钱塘江。酒店是中国棋院的。里面彰显了非常特色的围棋文化。智力运动的集合。前台很贴心的把我两间高级房升级到了和其他两间一样的江景房。还如我所愿的在同一楼层同一平面。真的非常贴心。房间里的欢迎水果也很温暖热情。再配上这灿烂的江景。美哉。房间很大很舒服，打开窗帘即是美丽的钱塘江。2606的转交房间还有个特别的客厅已经麪江的浴缸。超级喜欢。这次有活动的性价比真是无敌了！

The hotel provided a highly comfortable stay, boasting a prime location adjacent to a large shopping mall. The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness, with Xiao Jiang, in particular, going above and beyond in accommodating my requests.

Slightly old fashioned infrastructure, but plenty of space, and a truly amazing service - staff extremely nice and patient, smiling and ready to help, I was really surprised. Cane here with no expectation but left extremely satisfied.
The room looks a bit old but there's plenty of space. Overall the feeling is closer to being at home than to being in a hotel, and I loved it!

The service was perfect everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was mainly Chinese food there was a small collection of European food. The interior looks old and was partly damaged. But everything was clean and hygienic. The view from my room was amazing.

Very friendly and attentive staff. No English but made due with translator app which worked just fine. Old and dated decor but good location. Was looking forward to four workouts in the gym and the swimming pool while on a business trip. Chose this hotel specifically for its indoor swimming pool and gym. Would have stayed elsewhere in the area otherwise. That said, the pool and gym turned out to be public and couldn't be used at all as there was kids' swimming going on every time I went - tried on 4 separate occasions and every time the gym equipment was occupied by a dozen sleeping or relaxing parents and grandparents playing on their phones while waiting for their kids' swimming lessons to end. I was also told that the treadmills were out of order. The listing on Trip.com should be updated. It shouldn't be listed as a having an indoor hotel pool and gym as it's not only outside and adjacent in a different building with no direct access from the hotel, it's also a public facility and not accessible to hotel guests if swimming lessons are going on.

疫情期间酒店的管控还是很让人放心的，层层把控。步入大堂由金钥匙小吕迎接至总台办理手续，体验了智慧入住也就是刷脸乘梯开门吃早餐很方便。办完入住小吕陪同至房间热情介绍了酒店设施以及棋文化。全程微笑服务态度很好。

第一次入住天元酒店来出差离公司近就订了。因工作需要期间要翻译资料，找到了金钥匙小吕，在得知我的需求后热心帮忙寻找合适的翻译公司非常感谢。后来还给我介绍酒店的文化，以后带家人来杭州旅游会作为首选酒店。
