在这边住了一个多月，酒店整体环境很舒适，距离西溪湿地公园比较近，平时没事都可以去湿地免费区遛弯。酒店员工服务也很热情，服务相应也很及时，有需求都可以快速满足，是出差休闲度假的首选。
行政酒廊宽敞开阔，餐食很硬，甜品质量很高。早餐尤其让人印象深刻，餐食种类丰富，现做档口也多，还有现烤的特色缙云烧饼，可以説是住过的所有喜来登里餐食最好一档。

房间乾净整洁，服务热情周到，餐饮配套齐全，性价比非常高。特别要提的是两个细节，一个是跨年夜晚上，我拿着送的酒券去一楼的酒吧喝酒，吧枱小哥非常认真，虽然是送的酒，但是即使杯中酒就差一点点才倒好，他也专门为我再开一瓶。一个是宾客服务主任Lili，我都已经离开杭州回到家了，她仍然非常负责的高效帮我解决了按金的事情。我们全家在这里住得很开心，下次还会选择西溪喜来登??

The place was really nice and very pretty. I got very nice photos from it! The wetland nearby was beautiful as well, and the breakfast had a good variety. The only bad comment I have is the my room was very far from the lift and there were a lot of forks while navigating and there wasn’t enough signs. We got lost very easily haha

先説优点吧
1、酒店装修很不错，中式风格，很大气
2、前台、礼宾服务态度很好
3、房间景观适中，床品舒适
4、早餐丰盛，味道也还行
再来説下缺点
1、酒店客房区有很浓郁的不知是香薰还是消毒水味，比较刺鼻
2、隔音比较差，阳台窗户关上也会听到説话声
3、欢迎水果种类多，但是不算新鲜
4、房间只有水，连收费迷你 bar 都没有，懒得下楼买只能点外卖
5、外卖进不了酒店，没有机器人送，也没有服务员送，需要亲自下楼到酒店大门外边拿外卖

这是一家花园般的酒店，环境优美，服务周到。因为我们带着两岁半的宝宝，所以最大的亮点是小童乐园，比起其他酒店的小童乐园，这家不仅大，还特别乾净，孩子每天都想去玩??酒店去西溪湿地也很方便，去小火车只需步行十分钟。

近几年出行最差的一次体验，没有之一。11月底杭州的温度已经很低了，酒店竟然没有暖风，从入住到离店房间温度只有短暂到达过一次18度，剩下的时候全都是17度甚至16度。北方冬天的供暖标准都是房间内温度不可以低于18度，从政策角度看，我们可以认为18度是冬天室内舒适温度的最低标准，然而一个五星级的连锁酒店连最低标准都达不到。酒店给的解释是空调系统正在调试，现在“准备”开始供热，但是17度甚至16度室内温度根本就是不具备舒适入住条件的房间，喜来登酒店对客房的入住标准实在是不能再低，酒店人员的解释让我觉得不可思议。本来只有半天的杭州行程还因为交涉酒店事宜耽误了几个小时，并且问题还没解决，挨冻一晚，实在是太差的体验了，再也不会选择入住喜来登这种房间标准极低的酒店了。

We went there because they had an indoor playground. It turned out that you should pay 60 RMB extra to enter even as a hotel guest. And the indoor playground is not even that great, quite small and not enough balls in the ball pit, you could see the ground shimmering through. On the top of the slide the floor wasn't even with the top of the slide, creating an edge where children could potentially hit their head or hurt their feet.
Secondly, you were forced to wear a bathing cap to enter the swimming pool, even toddlers. It's the first time in years, I had to wear a bathing cap in a hotel pool in China - never needed to wear one in many hotels and we always stay in hotels with swimming pool. Don't they have better water filters in a supposedly high end hotel?
Besides, you were watched by 3 swimming guards, who looked grim. So it felt more like prison, then a relaxing spa swim.
All in all, it wasn't super bad, but I also wasn't super impressed by the hotel and some of the staff could also be friendlier at times.

Great hotel in the wetland , with good amenities ; including hot spa and swimming pool. Had a club room on the 5 th floor with tea and light dinner served, food is averaged. Room is good sized and had good view. Can hear birds chipping through the day from the room , it’s so peaceful and serene. Out door breakfast was memorable, as we enjoy the beautiful nature, lake, birds chipping, koi and ducks swimming and wrangling around. Great hotel. Always remember the experience.
