杭州武林广场沈塘桥亚朵酒店真心值得推荐！地铁2/19号线沈塘桥站C3口出来几步路就到，不管是去西湖逛吃还是去武林广场购物都超方便。
大堂的书香氛围很舒服，茶香袅袅的，随手就能拿起一本书翻上几页。房间整洁又安静，深睡床垫躺上去就不想起来，洗漱用品是淡淡的柑橘香，用着很舒心。最打动我的是前台南择卷毛的服务，办理入住时主动问我们要不要旅游攻略，还贴心提醒附近的地道小吃店。
免费洗衣烘乾服务对出行的人来説太实用了，早餐的品类也很全，有杭帮特色的小笼包和粥品，吃得特别满足。晚上回酒店还能去24小时书吧坐坐，整个人都放松下来。性价比超高，下次来杭州肯定还选这家！

Nice bedroom but no heater supply on the hotel during my stay. Unpleasant moment with hotel receptionist due to their lack of experience.

The hotel is walking distance from the metro. Hotel room is clean and they also provide complimentary washing and dryer service at level 18. Staff is nice and friendly. They also provide us with water when we check in and warm drinking water when we check out. There is only one lift in the hotel so have to wait for a while for the lift. Thank you the laundry lady for helping us to set the laundry when we are unsure on which button to press.

I had a very nice stay at Hangzhou Wulin Square Shentang Bridge Atour Hotel. The location is excellent, close to the center and easy to get around. The staff were professional and friendly, making check-in and check-out simple. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, perfect for a short stay.

Super awesome hotel with really great ambience! Staff was really friendly & helpful, making the whole experience a pleasant one. The only cons is that there is only a single lift (3 lifts) available for use that day, have to wait quite a fair bit for the lift.
Recommend the hotel breakfast!!

Pretty and cozy lobby with a pleasant scent that welcomes you upon entering. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to hand out cups of tea or bottled water. Rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable with large windows that let in plenty of light.
The only gripe was that just one elevator served the entire hotel, which made waiting—whether heading to our room, breakfast, or the laundry room—a bit of a hassle. Also worth noting: Atour doors are quite heavy and tend to slam shut, which can be noisy but earplugs are thoughtfully provided for light sleepers.
Overall, trademark Atour comfortable stay with attentive service—just a couple of minor inconveniences to keep in mind.

Cool hotel, very comfortable beds. Only small issues: coffee machine is basically broken and the hotel has only one elevator. Staff was friendly!
