这是一家非常有品质有温度的度假酒店。从服务到酒店硬件都很不错，衞生间有地暖，特别喜欢前台Tina，温柔的小姐姐。服务也很专业，基本要求的都会贴心办到。喜欢晚上的夜床服务，还有暖暖的桂圆红枣茶喝。

木守西溪是Small Luxury Hotel的一员，体验感延续了SLH应有的风格。
房间很好，wabisabi风让人感到放松。室内外的面积相当宽敞，茶室是很惊喜惬意的地方，半下午坐着看书别有滋味。minibar里面的饮料也很丰富，正好可以拿来喝。Tina带我们从前台一路走到房间，详细介绍了房间内的诸多设施，服务相当周到。
最喜欢的还是酒店内部的环境。在西溪湿地内部，空气和环境完全与自然融合，落日时分秋意甚浓，水景与植物相得益彰，哪怕是站着都能感觉到身心的舒适。夜间酒廊“夜丘”中有招待的鸡尾酒和点心，体验了一下柿子酒，是夜里很好的消遣。
另值得一提的是酒店餐厅溪隐，秋季套餐“人柿间”以柿子为主题的菜色，全都十分惊喜！不过早餐相对晚餐来説就稍显一般，套餐的汤粉显寡淡，自助式的麪包感觉很普通，不是很出彩。不过不影响整体的体验，仍然是上佳的选择。

环境：在西溪湿地大环境自是没得説，酒店园内环境也看得出是用心之作，移步异景，景观细节很讲究。
设施：整体也很棒，除了玄关和mini吧附近有点太黑了，看不清墙上插座和咖啡机按钮的那种黑。
衞生：光脚屋里随便溜达的那种乾净，衞生间还单独准备了消毒喷雾。
服务：见到的每个岗位的员工都很亲切，打招呼问好自然的像是碰见了邻居的感觉，很舒服。一早起风了，水面 路面景观水池都安排了人在捞树叶打理??，维护的很用心。重点感谢一下Mia管家，提前通话沟通需求，安排小朋友的加床、摇橹船体验，当天又及时帮我们调整时间??，另外入住赶上了生日，管家还精心准备了生日蛋糕??。 总之是很棒的体验。

Our service manager (WeChat: 鱼干) was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Although we did not enjoy our experience at the restaurant—the food was poor, and the service wasn't up to standard. After we gave her our feedback, she quickly responded to it. She also helped us arrange a shuttle to and from Xixi Wetland and personally delivered our tickets. We are very grateful for her help. Overall, we would recommend the hotel but advise avoiding the restaurant.

The hotel is nice on its own. But please do not book the rowing boat high tea there. They do not even serve tea despite being a high tea ride. And charges 888rmb. Superb ridiculous. Overall the high tea was a total ripped off by such reputable hotel.

We loved everything about our stay. The hotel is beautifully designed, the staff is super attentive, friendly and helpful and the food was nothing but delicious. The outdoor pool is a heavenly place, so peaceful and quiet. We’ll definitely come back!

杭州最适合staycation的酒店之一，春季来实在太美了，设计师系建筑与湿地融为一体，不愧是被SLH收录的酒店！另外，手动点赞经理Richard，朋友生日给升房且提前布置房间，不仅提前询问蛋糕口味与风格，还在入住过程中细心介绍与咨询，保证每个环节到位。早餐、下午茶、MINIBAR全方位好评，除了泳池未开、健身房有点小和闷，基本每个细节都做到了极致～
