交通特方便，出了地铁口就是～一大早到酒店就可以入住了，延迟退房坐晚上火车也很方便～不是近年装修，但是从进门到房间都很整洁，洗澡很宽敞，住着很舒服～所有员工服务态度都非常好，早餐特别丰盛，酒店自己的餐厅就很好，午晚餐都不用出去找了，还有宵夜餐厅，下午也有卤味等在门口出售，在杭州还很有名周围很多居民来买～各方面都很满意，以后再来杭州这里就当落脚点了

- Two stops from Hangzhou East Station
- 2 mins walk to metro
- good food one station away
- good bathroom
- clean room
- great view
- great attentive staffs, thanks for the fruits
- Did not hike room rates during national day
Bad
- Laundry room is hard to locate as it's label as staffroom.
- No dryer in laundry room is kinda useless
- dated decor. Needs refurbishment
- breakfast utensils need deep cleaning. Bowls and cups are stained

Staying at the hotel left the best impression: convenient location, nice services. I really liked the European breakfast, there was American, vegetables and omelette. Very polite staff! The furniture in the room may have looked old-fashioned, but the room was very clean, with a soft mattress and all the necessary amenities. The only thing that surprised me was that there was no door between the room and the bathroom. It was very nice to receive a small compliment every day(yogurt, banana and tomato). Every day my room was cleaned, towels were changed and water was brought. My room was non-smoking, but unfortunately the room was opposite the elevator where people smoked, so the smoke was coming into the room. The woman at the reception helped me a lot with the necessary purchases online, unfortunately, I didn’t have time to ask her name.

The staff at this hotel are very helpful and friendly. It is just 2 stops on metro line 4 from the East railway station, and about 25 minute didi ride to West Lake. The bedroom and bathroom are high quality with lots of amenities and the bed is comfy
