设施：外观设备设施齐全，酒店有健身房，洗衣房。衞生：衞生乾净，阿姨打扫的很认真，床很大。前台小姐姐很漂亮服务很好。环境：周边地铁吃饭购物方便。

很老的一家酒店了 临时落地杭州机场找的 一进门就感觉有点不对劲 大厅的厕所味很明显 办理完入住到房间 一开门 一股霉味扑面而来 简直打鼻子 和前台沟通完 换了一个房间 依旧是一样的味道 后面又看了好几个房间 也都不是很满意 最后选了一间在开窗的窗户 才勉强住下 洗漱的时候发现厕所也不乾净 墙砖里面有很多污垢霉点 心里挺膈应的 以后不会选择了

帮人预订的，住下来感觉还不错整齐整洁 出行方便，还有免费接送接服务，以后应该还会介绍给别人，下次有机会自己也再去体会下。

工作人员态度非常好，还贴心给准备了小孩拖鞋，送了早餐，免费停车，房间特别大，宽敞，衞生也很好，非常满意，还带榻榻米

环境：酒店就在商场边上，距离各个商店餐馆都很近。我们到的很晚，订外卖特别方便
设施：设施很不错，该有的都有，吹风机吹的很快

服务：超级好，前台小妹妹整晚都在那上班，早上赶飞机看到她还在上班，一晚上没休息 真是辛苦了

为了赶早班飞机订的这个酒店，相比机场里面4.5百的价格非常有性价比，而且有免费送机的服务，完全不用担心。房间非常宽敞，装修简约有档次，衞生间乾净无异味，唯一的缺点是淋浴房水量不够，用了增压龙头洗澡不太舒服。出门就是空港新天地，吃饭购物极其方便。

落地入住这家酒店非常不错、前台给我升级了商务大床，小姐姐也很细心给我讲了周边的游玩情况，以及美食。客房一人非常乾净，设施设备也很完善，有健身房、洗衣房。值得推荐哈。

Booked this hotel (two rooms) because it was close to the airport and a metro station. Both rooms were dirty. In one room there was a half eaten fruit candy stick on the floor. In the other room we found large hair ball in the bathroom. Lots of stains everywhere. Towels were damp (either washed and not dried properly, or someone used them before us). Staff did replace those towels, but without apologizing. No proper wifi in the rooms -- we had to call the staff so that they connected us to some wifi by using their phones. There was also urine smell coming out of toilet: if you keep the toilet door open, the entire room will smell like that.
Breakfast was terrible. The choice is poor, but also everything was almost empty at 8:30, although they said the breakfast ends at 9:30 (on the trip app it said 10:00, which turned out to be inaccurate).
Do not recommend, even for it's cheap price.
