I’m glad that I stayed here for my Hangzhou trip. Hotel was nice, clean, and had a good location. Staff is also really nice. I am happy to meet them. West Lake is an amazing place.

Absolutely outstanding stay at HAOYI HOTEL, Hangzhou! From the moment I checked in, the customer service team impressed me with their warmth, efficiency, and genuine care for guests. Every staff member was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.
The room was immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable — you can truly feel the attention to detail. The bed was cozy, the environment was quiet, and I had the best sleep throughout my stay.
The hotel’s location is also a huge plus — convenient, easy to access, and close to everything I needed, making traveling around Hangzhou effortless. I was also delighted to learn that HAOYI HOTEL has many branches across the country, which gives travelers great confidence in the brand. As a visitor from Malaysia, I can confidently say that on my next trip to any city or state, this hotel will be my top choice without hesitation.
Overall, cleanliness, comfort, service, and location are all 10/10. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return!

酒店位置超级满意，前门就在南宋御步行街上，后门是停车场方面打车出入。房间乾净舒服，床跟枕头也好睡，浴室花洒水压大，洗手间的卫生也很满意。酒店位置在西湖区，沿着步行街也能走到西湖那边去，很便利。晚上逛御街，小溪灯光超级美，很出片！很多食店纪念品店在附近可以逛！整体感觉温馨又方便，性价比高，强烈推荐，下次还来住这家！
