Very nice hotel. Only small comments for the gym, could have been a bit better equipped. And in restaurant it was very difficult with communication in English, was a bit of a lottery what food I ordered

避开杭州市区的人潮举家来到湘湖开始的美好之旅，曾看过视频介绍湘湖保亿开元名都度假酒店果断选择订了两间。中午到达酒店因有婚宴没用餐点了酒店自制的麪包 咖啡由机器人送到房间果腹 想不到都挺好吃的，下午外出游玩，晚上回到酒店用餐，一进餐厅小姑娘主动招呼 笑容可掬 菜品色香味俱全量也足 还点了酒店自酿的梅子酒助兴，用餐心情愉悦。第二日玩了一天晚上回到酒店房间已备好银耳羹??这次的湘湖之行对入住的酒店很满意 当天管家小任加了微信 发了游玩攻略 停车码 询问需求 其他的客房服务 餐厅 前台 迎宾都不错 服务主动 处置及时 不厌其烦 酒店早餐品种丰富中西结合 对胃口?? 家人早上游泳后进餐时间比较晚还主动提醒先去多取些餐食贴心的，退房询问住宿情况还赠送小礼品 感觉温馨 加上整个湘湖环境行程中的各个景点 真值得！应该还会再来??

已经洗漱完了，然后有个陌生男子闯进来了，説酒店给了一样房间的卡，整个人被惊到，一晚上都心跳加速睡不着，酒店第二天给了一瓶红酒道歉。我不认为这解决我的困扰也不认为赔偿是合适的。
总之，整个体验非常非常不好。

If you are thinking of booking this hotel, do it. Absolutely lovely looking room. Big bath and beautiful view (for us). Only thing to note for foreigners is that you need a swimming cap for the pool which we had to purchase, wish we knew this sooner as we could have sourced elsewhere.

新开的开元酒店在湘湖很不错，升级到行政套房，客房设施齐全布局合理衞生乾净明亮。最方便的是外卖也可以用机器人送到房间，服务态度热情贴心，有求必应，很好！酒店还会有些活动，位置周边还有景点可以游玩，环境不错。

这次来湘湖玩儿，在这家酒店住的特别开心。入住时酒店为我免费升级到了阳台房。进门一看，阳台宽敞，视野很好，景色很美。房间的设施很新且是现代风格。喜欢。床品舒适。欢迎水果品质高。早餐特别好。品种很多，中西式都很有品质。味道好。超出预期。就餐环境好。酒店的服务人员服务态度都很好。总之，在这住的各方面都满意，以后有机会来，还会选这家酒店。

The hotel is a good escape from the more popular West Lake area and is tucked away in an area filled with farms and quiet riverside ambience. The hotel room was large and had good natural light due to its big balcony window. The downsides were a smokey smelling bathroom as someone previously had smoked in the room. The pillows were too soft and couldn't support our necks, causing headaches in the morning. Also for breakfast, it was extremely crowded as there were not enough tables to seat all the guests. We wanted to sit outside and was told by the staff to simply stand outside and wait for people to leave but there was not much space out there either. Many of the guests were unhappy and arguing with staff causing an uncomfortable atmosphere.
