坐拥西湖美景，已是此行最大的加分项。酒店的服务与早餐品质也堪称一流，令人宾至如归。唯一遗憾的是，客房的内部氛围略显压抑，与窗外灵动开阔的湖光山色未能完全匹配。期待下次来访时，房间体验能同步升级，定会再次入住，完整享受这得天独厚的位置。

酒店位置非常好，和西湖及银泰in 77都只是相距100米。无论观光和购物、饮食都非常方便。
早餐不算丰富，但吃饱是没有问题的，咖啡机若能增加拿铁会更好。
总体来说还是十分推荐，我下次到西湖旅游也会入住。

Rooms are big and comfortable. Booked 2 rooms. The double room toilet unfortunately has a bad smell, something for the hotel to improve on.

The location is near to subway station but not just direct road to walk to the hotel. It's need to go thru underground walk way to reach hotel entrance. If you have big luggage then slightly inconvenient. Overall, the hotel price is reasonable for me

Room is big and clean. The only cons is that they said it is winter now so the centralize aircon already pre-set warmer, can’t produce cold air. We been forced to open windows or door for natural air.

the hotel is very comfy, clean, good water pressure for shower after a long day walking. Location is great, just walking distance to the West Lake. The receptionists are friendly and helpful.

Since reserved a standard room without window, so the smell of cigarettes was bad. Except that, location, services with kindness, and price, etc. are really goooood. Also it was easy to find because there was a sign to the hotel in the basements next to the hotel. Next time I come to Hangzhou, I would like to reserve a room with windows and use it again. Thanks all services!

很不错的入住体验，酒店位于地铁站和公交车站附近，毗邻西湖，还有很大的商圈，地理位置优越，交通便捷，周围餐饮购物娱乐都有，前台小戴积极服务，下次还会选择这家酒店。

酒店环境很新，房间很大，。位置也挺好的，就在地铁附近，周边也挺热闹的，吃夜宵啥都很方便。我们是开车的，前台小周服务很好，酒店没有停车场提供。去西湖的话走路就能到。

The staffs are very kind and try to help me alot. I asked them about the post office, then they booked and sent all my parcel for me. In the morning, I asked them to call taxi meter, the staff went out with us and called the taxi also explained where we wanna go. I really appreciated for their service and would like to stay here for the next time. Thank you very much. ??
