The room was clean with small tub. Location is walking distance from longxiangqiao station. But the room abit dark, cozy for sleeping.
All the amenities were included.
Parcel sent to hotel all received.
Soundproofing is good.
Good for family stay.

I book 2 room here (1 king bed) , and I ask for 1 twin for the kid. The reception guys immediately arrange for us. It seem he upgrade both room for us ????????
The room itself is very spacious, it has bathtubs.
Location is superby, near subway (500mtr), near west lake, near 77 complex. Bus stop to Leifeng pagoda is in front of the hotel ????
Our stays here was very pleasant ????

地理位置卓越 楼下是老牌商场解放百货 银泰in77 和西湖集贤亭 音乐喷泉 吴山 河坊街也不远 打车起步价 吃喝玩乐都方便 房间采光很好 可以俯瞰西湖 城隍阁 和远处的雷峯塔 如果来杭州旅行只想在市区逛逛 是很好的选择

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Merchant Marco Edgelake Hotel for 4 days, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. 位置不错，离西湖不远。很旧的酒店，其他都还好，外卖必须要放前台自己下去拿，没有送餐机器人，这个非常不方便。

非常好！很满意！房间很大，乾净衞生，闹中取静，早餐很丰富，衞生间乾湿分离，水流也很赞；交通方便，毗地铁1号线，楼下就是公交站台；景区附近，去西湖溜达溜达不过几百米的距离，早上晨走，可以到西湖坐一会发发呆；吃饭购物都很方便，周边就是银泰商业中心。
