开心的入住体验，小巧、智能、清洁具一体 ，地铁方便出入。
周边有许多玩和吃的，如果不介意多行走，可以步行到西湖和其他景点。
酒店的阿姨特别亲切，会留意客人的需求。

想着是新开的酒店好评很多，就预订了这家酒店，写的14.00可以入住，我们到达时间16.00了说房间还没收拾好，再要等一等，预订时明明可以延迟退房，但是前台说周末只能12.00退房，真是无语，延迟入住，提前退房，我住过这么多酒店从来没有碰到过，房间隔音效果很差，外面说话声 隔壁哗哗的水流声 听得清清楚楚 早饭品种太少，也不好吃，真是后悔订了这家

Good location very clean, convenient and comfortable. Everything is new. I like Xiaodu xiaodu (AI who help us to switch on and off all electronics and lighting) I will stay here again for sure.

It was a really pretty bad stay for us.
Day 1, we arrived at 1AM and the receptionist checked us in. He did not mention the checkout timing, he did not mention any house rules.
We went to the room and the floor was pretty dirty.
We slept till 6am in the morning and there was a super loud and noisy bang by the road, then we realised the house keeping did not close the window fully.
We wanted to make a cancellation and move to another hotel, which we did cancel. However the hotel offered us a room change and breakfast, we thought the room change might help.
However, on day 2/3 and including day 4, they told us they have no rooms available. What on earth.
On day 5, then theu gave us a totally different room, the room was quiet and huge, and even had a massage chair.
All in all, we will not recommend this hotel to stay in their basis room. Only the largest room is recommended, thus this means it will be pricer. With the price you are paying, we recommend other hotels with bigger brands, such as urcover by Hyatt.

A really pretty hotel right in the center of Hangzhou. My stay here with my friends was beyond expectation. The room is spacious, clean. All the staffs are helpful. It's very close to all the main spots in Hangzhou. Highly recommend this place

This is a new hotel. The room is very clean and comfortable. Good amenities- Mini fridge, kettle, toiletries are provided. Smart toilet.
The hotel is located along Southern Song Imperial Street. Short walking distance to Hefang street. About 2km to West Lake. Nearest Subway Ding’an Station is about 600m away.
The only drawback was that the room faces the walking street and is not soundproofed, we could hear noise from the street in the middle of night.

酒店位置非常非常优越，在西湖边的南宋御街上，步行去河坊街也只需10多分钟，带着孩子入住游玩很方便，酒店前台小哥哥很专业，需要刷房卡才能乘电梯，安全有保障，有机器人小白帮忙送了拖鞋，很可爱，因为自己的原因少住了一晚，有些遗憾，下次有机会再来，也推荐给朋友们了！
