Location was bad. Service was not great as they could not speak English, and when talking on the phone in English, they just cut the call. It was advertised as 24 hour room service but it closes early.
Definetely would not recommend at least for international Travellers

入住这家酒店Tina还赠送了两份早餐、早餐也很不错种类很多。酒店房间打扫的也很乾净整洁，入住非常舒适。前台的Lucy微笑服务很热情！

Jared Zhang was awesome, he gave us value and also directions when we first arrived, there's a nice shopping centre (short walk) from the Holiday Inn hotel, it is a bit older however for the price and it's location it's suited what we needed, mainly for business trip visits.

This hotel is really great! Tina's service attitude is super good. The room is very clean, and the bedding is also very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

The location is good, and it is easy to find by driving and navigation. There is a free parking space in front of the door and a parking lot. You can park there at night without charge. There is an elevator, which is quite large and there are many rooms. The room is fully equipped and hygienic, and Tina also sent free drinks. I will stay here next time I come to Hangzhou.
