正逢淡季，店主给升级了房型，房间设计感很强、空间舒适。天气比较冷提前给我开好了空调，早餐营养健康，是一次很好的差旅体验。

酒店环境优雅舒适, 位置在景点附近但十分清静, 房间设计很舒服, 有大浴缸, 一次性用品也很好用, 管家有礼主动帮忙, 会再次来~

Walkable distance to Westlake (a v nice walk). Very clean rooms with a cute AI audio assistant (to speak to in Chinese to change songs etc.) and fantastic service from the staff - we spoke via WeChat and they responded immediately (whether we needed to clean our rooms, or them notifying us that our delivery food has arrived and they’ve placed it at our doors). They have been so hospitable and it made the stay so nice!?
A very nice place to stay in if you want somewhere tranquil and nice to stay that’s not amidst the hustle / crowds at westlake. I saw the other hotels I contemplated booking previously and found them too near high tourist traffic. Very happy with our decision to book here :) will defo book here again if we come back to Hangzhou (even our DIDI driver mentioned that this place looks v nice hehe).?
Also there’s a cafe downstairs :) with v nice view and just good vibes. (See pic attached).?

After a few days in Suzhou, coming back to Lin Yun. I Lu was a delight and relief. The room and service was in many levels better here than elsewhere. The location is great as well. We could take a short walk to West Lake in the morning when it was less crowded. The staff was already to help when we needed anything. They gave us a free room upgrade and a complimentary taxi ride to the airport.

很不错的入住体验，管家服务友善、细心、到位，民宿设计有特色，周边景区市集一应俱全，适合悠闲放空的旅程搭配。下次到杭州还会选择。

酒店位置很好，拉开窗帘就能看到城隍阁，民宿后面就是吴山景区，走路十几分钟就可以到西湖边，离地铁站也很近，出了地铁站就是河坊街。酒店环境很好，很安静，楼下还有咖啡厅，早餐也不错!管家服务也很不错。

视野开阔，退房时还特地赠送小礼物
民宿整体氛围很棒。
美中不足浴室水压太小、大厅茶室有人抽烟、烟味四窜。下次有机会 会想再次入住的地方。

家里人都非常满意
位置好 吃得好 住得好 离西湖边走路15分钟就到
二楼榻榻米窗户超大 外面就是桂花树 能看到远远的塔
房间空间也不小 适合带娃
