I couldn't complain much about this hotel. We felt privileged staying at this hotel. We were warmly welcomed and guided to the lounge for check-in. The room is very spacious with a separate toilet and bathroom. The room comes with a private hot bath, which we enjoy a lot, especially for us who may not be comfortable going to a public bath. Even though the hotel offers pick-up services from the train station, it is still not conveniently located. I would recommend, if possible, renting a car and driving all the way uphill to this hotel.

如果价格不贵 值得一去 但建议不需晚餐。没什么特别好吃 可以走到外面寿司店 虽然很多人排队 但比较在酒店吃好 个人觉得

好坏参半的酒店吧。
酒店建在强罗，处于半山腰，来去不是很方便，还好酒店来回都有车接送，相对弥补了这个缺陷。
以为会是很惊艳的酒店，但到了以后感觉还是有点小失望，尽管酒店面临一条小溪，但小溪对面恰恰是各种乱七八糟的建筑，所以景观大打折扣。
酒店提供包晚餐服务，订之前也没有特别提醒是西餐，所以想当然以为是跟很多酒店一样会提供日餐，因为我不喜欢吃西餐，尽管有一晚的牛排很好吃。
最让人难忘的是酒店的服务，无论是前提服务员，还是接送车我们的那位老师傅，每次服务都是热情周到，比轻井泽的那家新开的服务好很多。特别感谢前台一位叫“Zhe”的华人服务生，十分热情、周到。
酒店提供温泉服务，但公共温泉浴池是男女混合，我们由于没有带泳裤就只能放弃了。阳台上的私汤温泉体验感差强人意，设施、环境都不是太理想，让人更加怀念草津温泉那个让人心旷神怡的公共温泉泡池了，不过偶尔发现的酒店户外的那个泡脚池让我们感觉良好，吹着冷风，脚泡着温泉，望着远山，幸福感油然而生，情绪价值拉满??

这酒店在箱根强罗站附近，但晚上六点后已经没有穿梭车来回酒店及车站，比较不方便。我们需要拖着行李箱，沿着山路及行车路，摸黑步行了十多分钟才到。
酒店有私人 风吕在房间内，是最值得赞扬！
酒店后面过一条桥，步行五分钟就有便利店、寿司店、中国餐馆及日式意粉及Pizza店。都算方的。翌日早上，因为穿梭车又未开始，大堂职员帮我们叫 Uber去大涌谷，算不错服务！

服务：在小田原站西口一出门就看到接驳大巴车了，很惊喜。中文服务的小哥哥耐心友善，告诉我们如何去御殿场换乘到河口湖。
设施：浴品都很棒，还送了小香皂。温泉舒服。
早餐丰盛，喜欢鸡蛋卷，还有抹茶，烟燻三文鱼。
十分不建议拿着行李走强罗近道，这条路适合探险。

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo Hakone and had a mixed but overall pleasant experience. The location is very good and convenient, with a 7-Eleven right across the street, which makes it easy to grab snacks and essentials anytime.
The hotel kindly provided a birthday room upgrade, which I really appreciated — a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel special. The private onsen facilities were excellent and definitely the highlight of the stay — clean, relaxing, and well maintained.
However, the upgraded room had a downside: the view was not great and there was limited privacy since it directly faced the 7-Eleven, making it easy for people outside to see into the room unless the curtains were closed.
Overall, great service and wonderful onsen experience, but room privacy and view can vary — something to keep in mind when booking.

我们是自驾游，酒店有提供免费停车，非常方便，下车过对面就是酒店了。酒店环境气氛一流，一贯Indigo的理念，时尚又带点奢华。职员有礼貌，能说英语，也会主动带你到房间。温泉设施比想像中小，但胜在人流不多，每次去都只有我和伴侣。我们亦有品尝他们的早餐和晚餐都非常出色，晚餐主打Fusion日本料理，早餐则为自助形式。

Our stay at the hotel was overall excellent, and we would still highly recommend it, especially for couples looking for a pleasant getaway.
Almost everything was perfect—the room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were great, and every other staff member we encountered was polite and helpful. It’s truly a lovely place to spend time together.
However, our check-in experience was noticeably unpleasant due to one staff member. She came across as unwelcoming and impatient, almost as if we were bothering her. She rushed through the process and felt quite pushy, especially when repeatedly questioning which language we preferred—even though we tried communicating in both Japanese and English. Her attitude made us feel uncomfortable and somewhat unwanted at first.
Aside from this one incident, everything else was wonderful. We hope the hotel addresses such front-desk service issues so that future guests can enjoy a consistently welcoming experience from start to finish.
