我们是连住4天，後两天外出时手机的充电线和插头都在牀头柜插着没带出去，到最後退房走时才收起电线，发现不是自己原来的一套了。住了无数次的酒店，这样的情况第一次碰到。住客房间里的私有物品被调包了（我们是新买的一套插头和线，线是1.5米长的，插头上的塑料膜已撕掉了；现在这根破线是1米长的，插头上的塑料膜还在），虽然物品价值不高，但会发生这样的事真是不可思议，这也有损酒店的形象和信誉吧，以後住店客人会心有余悸的。

Good hotel. Good position, close to the subway station and several malls. The washing machines and dryers are free for customers, very convenient.

地理位置非常便利，马路对面就是万象城，吃啥很方便，旁边那条小路一直走，晚上会有一对母女的烤串摊，很好吃的
房间很乾净，我们定的家庭房，一张小床和一张大床，一家三口睡的舒舒服服
服务很好，工作人员都很热情，前台会赠送他们自制的冰粉
下次来还住这里

The room was clean and spacious. There was a wide spread of scrumptious breakfast options, with the friendly Ms. Wang introducing each dish to us! The service of the front desk personnel was commendable, particularly the caring Ms. Yu, who advised hotel guests to put on proper shoes and grab an umbrella on a wet morning, in addition to travel tips. Upon check-out, she also offered to carry our luggage as we ordered an e-hailing service. The hotel also provides self-service laundry amenities.

I stayed in this hotel 6 years ago and was satisfied enough to come back, but it’s even better now. Clean, comfortable and provides a good breakfast. It’s within walking distance of the railway station and the metro, not far from a good food alley and not far from Hebin park and a lovely canal walk to the Jiaxiu building. The staff were always helpful despite my lack of Chinese. Catch the metro to Haixi wetland park and Qianlingshan Park.
