Stayed here for the proximity of the Gotemba premium outlet. The room is clean, onsen is free for hotel guests. Love the vibes of the hotel and the convenience. Absolutely beautiful place

美中不足是没有自助取用的小包装洗漱用品，拖鞋跟其他酒店一样薄

Excellent location with an epic view of Mt Fuji. Guests are welcomed to a stunning view of Mt Fuji during check in at the hotel lobby. For those room with the Mt Fuji view, one wakes up to the striking view of Mt Fuji in the morning. Room is simple but clean. Although the public bath is operated as a commercial entity, it is clean and well maintained. The only compliant is the weak presentation of the breakfast.

酒店直通御殿场，房间和大堂都可以纸面富士山，超觉山景房，晚上定了酒店的私汤，房间也很大，玩了一天回来泡个汤很舒服，公共大汤池没去，估计也不差，是来御殿场过夜的最佳选择

超级优越的一间酒店 ，位置于outlet内，直接购物完就回酒店休息，第2朝又可以再去购物。房间对正富士山景，唯一不好就是要赶紧系8点前要食好晚餐，不然酒店附近入夜后就好荒芜。

好幸运地2日1夜都见到富士山，加上酒店房间对住富士山无可挑剔，虽然房型唔系我想要嘅房型，但房间对正富士山中间位，所以都满意嘅！房间够大，厕所乾湿分离，算唔上华丽，但简洁企理。
酒店有温泉「木の花の汤」，都系可以一边浸温泉，一边望住个富士山，真系感觉幸运同开心。另外，酒店系御殿场Outlet旁边，好啱血并人士，买得多放上酒店房之后再买过，又唔怕赶尾班车，买唔够第二朝瞓醒可以再买过。又可以疯狂shopping，又可以睇靓景浸温泉，极力推荐。

I had a really great stay at Hotel Clad — easily one of the more luxurious experiences compared to the smaller, compact hotels I stayed in around Tokyo and Osaka.
One of the biggest highlights was the view of Mount Fuji. I was lucky enough to catch a clear view around 5am+, which was absolutely beautiful. Even more special was being able to see Mount Fuji at night — I could take night photos right from the comfort of my room. It was such an amazing experience, especially since the weather really cooperated during my stay.
The room itself was spacious (a big plus compared to typical city hotels in Japan), with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to fully relax. Considering it was during sakura peak season, I found the price to be quite reasonable and good value for what you get.
Overall, I’m very happy with my stay — the combination of comfort, space, and those unforgettable Mount Fuji views made it truly memorable.

御殿场奥莱附近唯一选择，房间太小，温泉还可以，停车免费不错，性价比很高，就是房间太小，太小，太小，想要个大点的房间都没有

The selling point of the room is the Fuji view. Located right beside Gotemba outlet. Onsen is pretty crowded at night.
