  该店卫生很认真，非常注重细节，使用智能机器人服务，避免人对人接触的尴尬。酒店大堂和前台服务很到位，给客户一种到家的轻松感。酒店自助早餐也是丰富的！有到南海想观赏千灯湖夜景的游客非常推荐来这里住。

  We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. It is walking distance to the Qiandeng Lake Park area and short car ride to nearby metro stations. Although we booked a non-smoking room / floor, one day when we returned to our room there was a strong smoke odor in the hallway and our room. This was apparently due to other guests who smoked and opened their door. When we reported it to the front desk, they sent the cleaning staff to help spray and adjust the air conditioning in our room. Later some fruit was gifted for the inconvenience.

  虽然看来酒店有点岁月的痕迹，但房间清洁整齐，入住所需的物品齐备，位置亦很近千灯湖，用餐购物很方便。特别一提大堂门口那位接待的小姐，不单详细介绍从酒店前往千灯湖的路线，还详细介绍酒店的管家服务，赞。

  设施：酒店比较老旧了，不过房间还挺大的，就是衣柜这些太老了，有些都坏掉了 卫生：还行，时间久了很多瓷砖有点发黄了 环境：早餐有点太一般了，欢迎水果希望以后新鲜点，胜在价格便宜 服务：还可以

  Lobby and restaurant were a bit worn out but room was okay. Bed was kind of hard but considered to be at reasonable sized and most importantly cleaned. 5 mins walk to qian den Hu.
