I was incredibly happy with my stay. The front desk staff were professional and friendly making me feel welcome. The room was obviously recently refurbished which was immaculate. Had a pleasant stay. And the wifi was super fast which was what I needed!! Amazing stay

Staff are very helpful and accommodating to requests. Hotel is very near to the city. The view was alright.

Totally worth the price, would be better if more choices for breakfast. Otherwise, hotel room is perfect.

Great! Excellent room which is convenient with nice view, attentive service and nice location (20min walk to Perth station, 10min to IGA supermarket, and 5 min to nearby beach walk). Thanks to Maarja-Illis in Reception as well whom ensured we like our room.
The rooms with river view is nicer, just note the Twin rooms is limited with such nice view.

I came a bit earlier for checkin and was immediately able to check in hassle free with Maartje she was friendly and professional. I have tried breakfast at Monty’s which was ok and had a lot more options to choose from so the price isn’t so bad. I also had dinner with family at Mas Vino bit disappointed as the meals we orders were a bit bland and small in portions. I didn’t think the 200 gram steak would be small. The fish was bland and but the chicken tasted better. I wasn’t able to try the other facilities of the hotel but looking at the pool was inviting. The lobby was spacious and housekeeping did a wonderful job making up the room.

The room was very unclean. Even though the trash bin had no garbage, there was liquid and obvious dirt inside. Worse still, we found a small cockroach on the bed. We felt scared and uncomfortable the entire night, constantly worried that more cockroaches might come out.

地理位置很好，前台服务很好，房间很大，但卫生未算完善，第一天执房补充物品遗漏，第二天没有执房，房内间有好几个地方都很大尘，特别是电视遥控器，完全不理解为什么这么污糟

设施：去年新装修的 感觉挺新 而且比较齐全
衞生：乾净衞生 没有异味 床单很乾净
环境：很方便 附近公园也很漂亮 可步行到中餐店

I was very happy with my stay at Pan Pacific. Great location, modern interior, a well equipped gym. The view over the river in amazing! Only downside was that there was no complimentary water in the room. HOWEVER, the receptionist kindly gave us some bottles so we could use the free water dispenser in the lobby.
