酒店的地理位置十分优越，紧邻商圈和地铁站，不管是逛街购物还是出行游玩都特别方便，步行几分钟就能到达热门景点，对于我们这种喜欢打卡逛吃的游客来説太友好了。
办理入住时，前台工作人员小张的服务热情又高效，全程面带微笑，耐心解答我们的各种疑问，还主动给我们推荐了周边的美食和游玩路线。走进房间的瞬间更是让人眼前一亮，房间宽敞明亮，装修风格简约大气，所有物品都摆放得整整齐齐，地板和桌面一尘不染，床品柔软亲肤，躺上去就像陷进云朵里一样舒服。衞生间乾湿分离，洗漱用品都是知名品牌，还贴心地准备了卸粧棉、棉签等小物件，细节感直接拉满。
酒店的早餐更是一大亮点，餐厅环境雅致，餐品种类丰富到让人眼花缭乱，中式的包子、粥品、热炒，西式的麪包、咖啡、沙拉应有尽有，每一样都色香味俱全，而且食材新鲜，口感绝佳。
这样高品质的服务和环境，性价比真的超高，下次再来这座城市，一定还会选择这里！

从进门开始，就能感受到满满的贴心。前台工作人员晓峯笑容特别亲切，办理入住的速度很快，还主动跟我们介绍了酒店里的洗衣房、健身房位置，甚至贴心提醒了附近好吃的早餐店。走进房间的瞬间，我就被惊艳到了——房间乾净得一尘不染，床单被套摸起来软软糯糯的，地毯光脚踩上去都没问题。窗外的视野也很开阔，拉开窗帘就能看到远处的街景，让人心情瞬间舒畅。
最让我满意的是酒店的细节服务。床头放着柔软的靠枕，衞生间里的洗漱用品一应俱全，连卸粧棉、棉签都准备好了，完全不用自己操心。晚上回来的时候，还发现工作人员贴心地送了两瓶矿泉水，真的太暖心了。
早餐更是一大亮点，种类特别丰富，中式的粥粉面、西式的麪包咖啡应有尽有，食材新鲜，味道也很赞。餐厅的服务员还会主动问我们要不要加菜，服务特别周到。
离店的时候，前台还热情地问我们住得是否舒心，有没有需要改进的地方。这次入住体验真的满分，下次再来这个城市，一定还选大同希尔顿欢朋酒店！真心推荐给大家，绝对不会失望！

这次入住体验堪称完美，必须给酒店打满分！刚到酒店门口，就主动上前帮忙提行李，热情又周到，瞬间驱散了旅途的劳累。前台晓峯办理入住的流程十分顺畅，工作人员不仅耐心解答我们的疑问，还特意提醒了房间的朝向优势，以及周边值得打卡的美食小店，贴心程度拉满。
我们入住的房间整洁度超乎想象，地板光可鉴人，床品柔软亲肤没有异味，连衞生间的角落都一尘不染。房间里的设施齐全又实用，高速WiFi、恒温花洒等配置应有尽有，尤其是床头柜上的加湿器和小夜灯，细节之处尽显用心。
酒店的早餐更是惊喜满满，中式的小笼包、馄饨口感地道，西式的培根、煎蛋火候刚好，还有现磨咖啡和鲜榨果汁，品类丰富到让人选择困难。用餐环境也很舒适，靠窗的位置还能欣赏到街景，惬意十足。
离店时工作人员还主动询问是否需要叫车，全程服务都让人感觉很舒服。下次再来这座城市，绝对会毫不犹豫地再次选择这里，也已经把这家大同希尔顿欢朋酒店推荐给了身边的朋友！

I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Hotel in Datong and was genuinely impressed by the level of service and hospitality. The room was modern, spotless, and well-equipped with all the amenities you’d expect from a quality stay — comfortable bedding, fast Wi-Fi, and a clean, spacious bathroom.
What truly stood out, though, was the staff. They went above and beyond by preparing an early breakfast pack for us when we had to check out before the buffet opened — a small gesture that made a big difference. They also safely stored our luggage after checkout, allowing us to explore the city hands-free before heading to the train station.
Overall, the service was efficient, friendly, and thoughtful. If you’re visiting Datong, I highly recommend staying at Hampton — they make traveling easy and comfortable from start to finish.

Very comfortable room. The room is clean and the location is not far from the ancient city. Just a short taxi ride away. Breakfast variety was decent. I always enjoy my breakfasts at Hilton Hampton. Front desk was polite and helpful in suggesting places to eat and visit. The room is a tad hot during winter as it’s centralised aircon. We opened the window for some ventilation. As the air is dry in Datong, i like the fact that they provided a humidifier in the room. Great 2 night stay.

The staff were very friendly and nice, special thanks to Ms Zhang (Zhangni), who helped us on several occasions. Overall, I would certainly recommend this hotel, given this very convenient location and great service.
