酒店位置很好，离地铁站不远，窗户可以看到五一广场，出行方便。周围饭店多，吃饭方便。前台服务态度好，有问必答，送了小朋友一份早餐，感谢！房间很大，乾净，储物空间大，好放东西，两个一米五的床睡觉很舒服，带着小朋友睡觉没问题。衞生间三区分离，空间也大。保洁员服务很好。室内游泳池水温合适，每天开放。早餐丰盛，中西式都有，好吃！

Really liked this hotel. ?Was clean, nice and sort of a "modern funky cool". ?Room was nice, with a great view over the city area and a comfortable bed, separated from the bathroom areas behind a wall. ?Great location, just about 3 minutes walking to ZhongShan Square, the center of the downtown area. ?Very close to the metro stations, many places to eat, some convenience stores, ?and some shopping areas. ?Can walk to many places, even over to NanShan Road and NanShan Street in a short time. ?The gym and workout/fitness area was very good, large and had a lot of equipment including several aerobic machines and free weights as well. ?Was also very easy to catch a Didi out front. ?Note: ?The lobby is up on level 6, and the hotel goes from about floors 5-30. ?I will 100% stay here if I return to DaLian.

The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast variety is quite good with local food varieties.

The hotel is older and look is faded and worn out. The breakfast was not very good. The food was cold and without much flavor.

After arriving at the hotel around 8pm, it took us about 30 minutes before we could get checked in. They only had one person servicing the front desk with many people waiting. We booked the executive suite hoping to get a decent room with a view. Instead, we got one that was dirty with the view of unfinished building walls from the bedroom window. We asked to change the room, but were told no other rooms were available. We went down to breakfast where we encountered another problem that did not allow me and my family to eat together. At that point they said they would change the room for us but it was already too late for that kind of compensation. We immediately requested a refund for the second night.. Anyway.. everything happens for a reason, Ctrip helped us to figure out this inconvenience and we moved to a much more welcoming and clean hotel..

Couple minute walk to nearest metro stop, zhongshan park is nice especially if you have kids, lots of families around in the early evening. Hotel is okay needs a refresh though

The exterior of the building may look a little old but the room are pretty modern and clean. Gym well maintained, breakfast selections are decent. Good location and accessible by metro. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel.

What a wonderful place. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The pool was a nice size (my kids love swimming) and the gym wasn't too badly equipped. The family room was awesome. The kids beds where a little bit hard but not the worst.
There is a McDonald's and Burger King close by and you are not too far from Russian Street. The only thing they don't have is free parking. All and all very satisfied. We will definitely use them in the future.
