The hotel is pretty old, doesn’t look like a 4-star hotel. Even the room was really spacious, but it lacks a lot of amenities. If you’re not going to stay in the room the whole day, then it’s ok.

不知道是怎么被评为四钻酒店的，衞生极差，上一个客人走的浴巾还没收拾，房间里面更是脏乱差，发霉味道很重！地上还有虫子，根本找不到服务员。

bad service, room old and dusty, and condition is bad. breakfast is sad and always finish. trust me..dont stay here..only lobby looks good..but all their rooms from 40yrs ago.

订的商务大床，写的8-16层，实际给的在五层，面积也就15平，一进门一团头发，居住全程没有热水，打电话给前台也不接，要自己下去才行。酒店位置还不错，其他慎重吧

酒店外面看着挺气派 但是房间什么的也就是小旅馆一般 主要是床边连个充电的地方都没有这点很难受 国庆节期间可能忙不过来 但是服务态度也是很一般 到了下午三点了给我一个房卡结果过去还是没打扫衞生 这点很让人生气

酒店位置超赞，去景点和商圈都很方便，周边吃的也多，太省心了！房间乾净整洁，衞生间没有异味，热水充足，细节做得很到位。前台服务超贴心，办理入住退房都很快，还主动介绍了附近的游玩攻略，有问必答，态度特别好。

Barely one star. Old ,really outdated, this place is not suited for none Chinese nationals.. there are plenty of other places to choose from.

The hotel is okay. It has a fast check-in and offers a complimentary breakfast. However, it’s too old. The doors in my room and the rooms next to mine had to be slammed to be locked. A strong, unpleasant smell also caused me a headache and high blood pressure.
Despite that, the hotel staff's sweet touch —they offered a platter of fresh fruits and a rose—was impressive. I would stay in that hotel again, but I would need to ensure the room is better.
