我定的家庭房，4号12店到店，前台説家庭房还没出来，可以加价住亲子房，我説那可以等房间出来，最後説买个卡248可以免费给我升级提前住亲子房，然後後来我携程一看亲子和家庭一个价格啊，就感觉有点故意让办卡，每天多给加了一份早饭，等於自己花钱买的

在亚朵住了三晚，也在大连度过了愉快的几天，酒店就在中山广场旁边，地理位置优越，周边便利店、水果店、烧烤…各种餐饮都有，还有不少网红打卡店，散散步就走到了，很舒服。酒店设施也不错，很人性化，早餐、深夜粥，洗衣房，简易健身设施都有。错峯出游，感觉不错。

前台服务人员热情周到，非常耐心，帮忙注册了会员，还帮忙预订了下一家的亚朵酒店，节省了费用还多了早餐服务。房间的衞生（地面）没有打扫彻底，其他还OK。酒店工作人员的响应非常及时，添置了荞麦枕及酒精消毒湿巾，浴室够大，洗澡水水量OK。吹风机非常好用。床的软硬也合适。酒店离中山广场非常近步行就能到达。值得一提的是酒店的早饭，40多的对外价格能有这麽多品种真是没有想到，非常丰富了，另外还有夜粥服务，一般有2种粥几个小菜，2种主食（豆沙包蒸饺之类），酒店房间也很安静。离店服务人员还赠送了伴手礼，非常感谢。

地段好交通方便，没选加价的酒店早餐，早上去了楼下的早市，比较多水果和早餐可以买。晚间外卖到了20分钟之後才有机器人给送，可能业务太繁忙了吧。
深夜粥到：晚上到酒店的，前台没有提醒有这项服务喔，虽然并不需要，但是告知是应该的。

环境：我入住的第一间房，一股不知道啥味老恶心了。前台给我换房间，説是升级了。房间是挺大，这家火晚上没给我冻死。
窗户关不上，给前台打电话，来给关的。
窗帘不够长麽，这麪挡上那麪漏，最後我姑娘説就档咱俩这麪吧！
再説那被子，住了这麽多亚朵，没住过这样的被子，我的天啊！啥天气啊，给我个被单算了。给孩子都冻感冒了！

The Hotel looks like it used to be a great one, in the center of downtown with everything you need very close, the price is also attractive, but you got what you pay. So you will find your executive double room, which has only one room, with no fridge, no coffee, and even though you order a no smoking room, with a nasty old smoke smell. The A/C fan is very noisy, and the floor is covered by a layer of dust that makes it impossible to walk without slippery shoes. The breakfast had limited options, and at 7:30 the dishes were already cold.
Lobby on the 20th floor, the staff was gentle and polite and tried their best to make us comfortable, but with limited resources.
Amenities are limited to the minimum.

Great location close to everything. Great place to wash your clothes while traveling. The gym was kind of poor, but still good enough. ? very good breakfast ?

We had a great time at Atour. The breakfast had a lot of choices and my parents really loved it. The room we stayed didn’t have fridge and my mom has diabetes. The staff were very kind to take and deliver her insulin everyday on demand. Special thanks to staff 逸可 and other staffs with their patience support everyday.
The hotel's location near Zhongshan Square and the metro was very convenient. On the 20th floor, there was a laundry room and the staff 冰雨 also help to wash and dry clothes free of charge.
The view from level 20 is also pretty nice, we even got to see the carrier in the dock. Overall, very inviting and pleasant experience, highly recommended!

This hotel is a convenient option within a few minutes' walk of Zhongshan Square. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. There is a very good breakfast buffet where a range of different types of breakfast are available, as well as good coffee. The wonton soup is recommended. The outside windows of the building could do with a clean. The staff are courteous and helpful.

Got upgraded to family room with cute tent for kids. Hotel is conveniently located near Tianjin Street and room is clean.
