从到达酒店开始，办理入住杨经理笑容满溢！在19楼日式餐厅用餐，恰巧遇到酒店运营房总！离店房务王总关怀！我是从业酒店人员，做为同行！罗嗦几句！1.过去酒店服务意识在酒店再次体现！2.深入身心的服务.客人永远是对的！3.在酒店入住期间遇到任何职员都有问候声！4.硬件设施虽然陈旧，但软性服务一流！5.现在各个酒店一直做服务差异化，但深入灵魂服务很少！

房间有客厅和厨房，复古日系风，电器都是日本品牌，楼上有日料餐厅，也很美味，周边交通很方便，非常不错的体验。

两间房的酒店不多见，适合家庭出游，设施虽然有点老旧，胜在打扫的非常乾净，多部电梯，高峯时间也不会拥挤或者等待很久，房间隔音非常棒临街也不吵，旁边就是地铁站和商场，非常方便

good parts are the washlet and washing machine.
however the building itself is old and the AC was not working even it's already quite hot in Dalian

怀旧游，找个宾馆老北航时期来过，当时还是很新的，这次来怀旧，整体感觉还是不错的，家俱上又看到了老北航logo的贴纸，真值得怀念啊！房间有点旧，但胜在乾净，早餐是亮点，值得推荐！

值得好评的酒店，客服很贴心，服务很温馨，房间很安静，隔音很好。套间有洗衣机，微波炉，对带着孩子出行的很方便。孩子们很开心，前台有棒棒糖，和小点心，孩子们每天都去拿糖吃。谢谢??房间还有兔宝宝。很温馨。

Very good location near the metro, park and center. The staff at the reception very kind and speak English quite well. The meal at the hotel tasty. Also you can go to have meal to the restaraunts at the Paviliob shopping centre, wich licated near the hotel.

Nice hotel in downtown Dalian. The rooms are a bit hotel but still clean and functional, and the location is really good. All this with quite affordable prices.
