这次入住大连康莱德酒店非常顺利，管家maggie服务细致又热心，还帮我做了免费的房间升级，房间景色也是非常棒，入住之后也是微信询问，包括退房需不需要延迟退房，一条龙服务。房间设施很齐全，配有多功能插排，也可以提供投屏器，衞生乾净，整体入住环境舒适。超出了订房时的预期！

maggie和linda服务很棒，早上问我们需不需要延迟退房，入住房间还做了升级，整体感受非常好。房间内温度和湿度都很合适。健身房设施齐全，入住环境和衞生超级好。

酒店服务特别到位，真得太贴心了！礼宾部Adam、前台Gita和Charles，管家Maggie都特别暖心，真的是所有要求都能满足。住国际连锁的大品牌酒店确实是放心，强推来大连住康莱德，窗外景色大美！

It’s little old , walls and windows are too thin can hear next door , bathroom
Floorings and joints need to be sealed again as there is lot of dust but people wee very good

I stayed at Conrad Dalian for three nights and had a truly wonderful experience.
The room had a beautiful view, the breakfast was delicious, and above all, I was deeply impressed by the exceptional kindness and professionalism of the staff.
I would especially like to thank Lily and Yaya at the reception for their warm hospitality, and I am also grateful to every other staff member who made my stay so pleasant.
This is truly an outstanding hotel, and I would be happy to return in the future. Highly recommended.

非常好的一次入住体验，感谢前台丽丽、酒廊陈经理以及许杰的热情周到服务。酒店景色超级美，房间设施虽然有些旧，但卫生条件很好，客房工作人员也很热情，还会再来。
