酒店位置不错，出行方便，早餐尤其出色在同品牌中算上层，各种服务也到位，美中不足的是前台的中年女领班全程黑脸，有失水准。

硬件很好。服务一般。我们办理入住的时候，娃爸去停车了，我一手拉娃，一手拉大皮箱，大堂里的几个工作人员就跟没看见一样，没有上来帮忙的。大堂里摆放着好些画和展示品，带小朋友的要留心别给人家撞坏了，撞到了就自认倒霉吧。据説撞坏一幅画要陪四千。

设施齐备，舒适，商家在硬件装修上花了功夫，确实很赞????
服务不错，和品牌很搭！
唯一缺憾是接团队，早餐人多太喧哗，稍微有些影响品质体验，其他都很okk！
楚雄能有这么一家品质酒店，让我多了一个来楚雄的理由！一定还会再次入住！

Very good hotel with free upgrade as well from the front staff. The room is super stunning with many modern digital functions & garden view. The room service is also good. Can't believe in this small city also have such a good hotel.

Hotel is brand new, staff tries hard to please and has a great attitude, breakfast was excellent, pool facilities clean and fun to use. Best in Chuxiong!
