Very nice hotel, smart room and helpful staffs, there are 2 staffs, short hair female staff and night shift male staff during my stay who was very nice and helpful. Walking distance to Wenshu Monastery metro, which is very convenient. Definitely will stay again if i visit Chengdu ??

I had an amazing stay at Urcove by Hyatt Chengdu. The service was excellent from start to finish—staff were friendly, attentive, and made everything feel effortless. One of my favourite highlights was the cute robot butler, which was incredibly convenient, especially when I ordered ******* and didn’t want anyone to see me in my pajamas ??.
The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and everything I tried tasted good. Overall, it’s a modern, comfortable hotel with thoughtful touches that really enhance the guest experience. I would definitely stay here again.

地理位置很方便，衞生服务都还不错，谢谢提前联系帮忙升级了房型，房间空间比较大，晚上也算安静，早餐味道一般可吃的东西不多。

房间很乾净，整体环境都很好，每个工作人员都很友善，态度特别好，服务很到位，有宾至如归的温暖。早餐也不错，每天都不一样 下次还会选择这里

The room was really cosy and clean. We stayed there for four days, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. If you choose to go to Chunxi Road, you’ll need to take a taxi, which costs around 12 yuan. I wouldn’t recommend walking because even though it’s just 2km away but takes a but with those complicated roads.
